Hunt’s Mobile Detailing

What a joke. I purchased a Groupon to try this company out. After purchasing the $ 55 detail service for them to come to my office, I called the number listed.
I called several times and finally received an answer on the fourth try. An older gentleman answered «hello». I asked if I had the right number, to which he made it seem like it was a silly question.
After being a bit annoyed, I proceeded to book anyway… I let him know I just purchased his Groupon and was excited to move forward with trying his services. He then let me know that it would be THREE MONTHS before he could get to me… I laughed because I thought it was a joke.
I then asked when he could get me in IF I didn’t mention I had the Groupon… He said, «tomorrow»!!! How ridiculous.
This company is NOT professional and I would NEVER do business with them!

RIP OFF! I paid for the car detailing up front via Livingsocial… It took several calls to the business to even schedule… should have been my first clue! Finally when I got ahold of someone to schedule I was told the earliest would be two weeks… second clue! I set up the appts. for myself and my husband… they never showed for either appt and didn’t even call to say why! I have left 6 messages without a return call in over a week! Ver unprofessional. They ripped me off!
