Chintzy with dressing(about an 1⁄8 of an inch) and threw our cinnamon roll in a paper bag, icing side down. Really?

So surprised and disappointed about this place. The servers all seem to be new every time and have no idea what hey are doing or how to prepare food. The service was terrible. 13 minutes for a toasted bagel. Four people complained about their meal while I was waiting.

This paneras is huge! Great place to get a soda, coffee or ice tea while shopping at the mall. Bring your own cup and it’s only $ 1.26 with free refills.

Now you know that How much I love this place… they are starting to have the Butternut Autumn Soup. I had to have this, I guess its gonna be my dinner tonight… I had the Asian Ginger Salad a smaller portion than what I normally get but it was just as good… the prices have increased a bit with no drink it cost me 9.05… that to me is quite pricy for a lunch… Unless its a frequent place that I also love is Wildflower which goes for more than that with soup… but never the less Panera stands up for its products on breads. lots of them. and wonderful coffees too… Today I had a punch on my card that says I won a free pastry. Wa Hoo… I opted out today maybe next week when I am in the mood for a sweet.

Contrast to the negative reviews about this Panera location, both of my visits were very pleasant. The staff must have improved the way of serving customers. Once I witnessed a troubled senior confronted the manager over issue of her own fault, and the manager handled the situation fairly. Things I like the most are the layout and table arrangement. It offers spacious section for large tables that seats 6 to 8 persons. My gals and I had study section during Sunday morning and weekday afternoon. Both occasion worked out well. We had plenty space away from the crowds. Even we occupied our table for more than 3 hours, the staff never intervened. Other than that, the parking are plenty and it is easy access from Ulmerton Road. It is a ideal place for small group meet up. Plus their coffee taste better than Starbucks.

— THISREVIEWAPPLIESTOALLESTABLISHMENTSINTHISNATIONWIDECHAIN — Great food at great prices Most Covelli owned stores in the tampa bay area has been visited. Only two issues, some of the soups and sandwiches are on the«thin» side and the order taker generally does not ask what side you would like.

Went for late lunch. French Onion soup tasted burnt or maybe just had been on the heat to long. The Ham on Rye was nothing to rave about. 2nd time I have been disappointed by this Panera’s. We won’t go again.

I eat at Panera a lot especially this location and it’s good but not the greatest. I usually go at lunch and surprising it’s never super busy when I’m there but a couple times they just set food on counter and don’t tell anyone it’s there or set off the buzzers and when I asked after standing there for 10 minutes and not getting my food they get an attitude real quick like it’s my fault and I should be a mind reader and know that it’s my food. Today they made my tuna salad sandwich so poorly too like they were in such a hurry, the tuna was only on half the bread and the rest was just hanging outside the bread… So half the sandwich was just bread and lettuce and the remainder of the sandwich you needed a fork if you wanted to eat it. The best thing to order I find is soup… It’s hard to mess up pre-made soup. Update: I am now boycotting this location they continue to mess up time after time. They don’t seem to care about what they’re serving guests or the service they are providing guests. Last weekend I wasn’t feeling too great so I decided to get some chicken noodle soup from panera… obviously I didn’t eat it there since I wasn’t feeling well so I got it togo. When I got home and opened the bag up I saw broccoli and cheddar soup… what a waste of time and money no one wants broccoli cheddar when they are sick. I’m down grading my rating from a 2 star to a 1 and don’t recommend this location unless you want a poor experience.

Friday morning, 830 and they are sold out of bagels. And coffee. Wow. Lots of staff but clearly none of them knows how to run a restaurant.

I tried Panera Bread for breakfast this morning. I am usually not a fan of breakfast at all. I enjoyed the steak and egg breakfast sandwich. I personally do not like eggs, however the pairing with the steak, cheese, and sweet onion poppy seed bagel all seemed to create a great combination. Also noted at this particular location, I used my panera bread membership card when ordering. They did not ask my name, it seemed to attach to the order just by using the card. The young lady preparing my food was very happy, and friendly. She greated me with a bright good morning and a huge smile. This gave a great start to the day!
