Called the pharmacy on a Tue afternoon. Person answering the phone was extremely rude. Otherwise, store is clean, cashiers in the front of the store are generally nice. It’s a decent go-to local convenience store, especially considering they are open 24 hours. However, Safeway in Fairwood will be my new home for pharmacy services as their in-house discounts are much better if insurance doesnt cover something, and their staff are always extremely professional and courteous.

They are my favorite here. Always courteous and no hassles if I need to do a return. 24hrs is a plus!

I just had to give a review for this store, especially the pharmacy. I called first to see if they had a particular medication and what the price would be, the young lady was very helpful with the information and I asked how I could transfer from another pharmacy. she told me what was needed and I came in the next day with my prescription bottle and she took care of the rest. It was ready the next day!

Such a clean and pretty store. Such a horribly inept pharmacy. I use the automated refill system and I don’t pick it up for 3 days. When I get there, they told me that they couldn’t run it through insurance because my card expired. Although I didn’t stop or change insurance carriers, since it’s a new year with possible new insurance codes, fine. Handed over the new card and, 30 minutes of waiting later, I’m told that they’ll have to order 2 out of 3 of my meds and they won’t be there for another few days. It would’ve been nice had the automated system given me a heads up that they didn’t have a sufficient supply OR, at the time the pharmacy was trying to fill it, to give me a call about both the insurance snafu or the backorder, but I suppose they couldn’t be bothered with customer courtesy. Also, this is the 4th time they didn’t have meds to dispense without calling to let me know before I trekked my happy ass over there to pick them up. This kind of negates the convenience of automated refill systems, yes? I guess I’ll start going to the ghetto CVS to fill my pharmaceutical needs. I’ll probably get shot in their parking lot while trying to pick up medication to keep me alive. It’ll be irony at its best.

Great place to shop. I walked in the store for a quick minute that became a few more minutes longer than I expected because I was looking for Body Wash and couldn’t find it because of its signage. So it was getting busy and the cashier call for more help at the front counter. There was a awesome employee name Eric was walking to his post and saw me getting lost. Immediately he was so kind not like the service you get at CVS but better. He asked me could I help find something you kind of lost. Not only did Eric tell me where the body wash was but he walked me over to the section and then put it in my hand. GREATSERVICE! Ask for Eric when shopping he is the best employee since my last few shopping experiences there. Eric is the kind of employee that should never be without a job.
