24 Hour Tailoring

$ 55 to have two pairs of dress pants taken in. Just wanted them slimmed down and they wanted $ 55! Ridiculously overpriced, you’re better off going anywhere else.

8−22−15 at 11AM I bought an awesome pair of pants at Forever 21 but they were toooo long. I had a decision to make… do I drive 45 minutes to my favorite tailor down in Henderson with my 1 year old or take a chance on this place? I chose the latter, and I’m glad I did.
This shop is inside the fashion show mall, on the first floor, in a tiny corridor between Urban Outfitters and the escalator near the Macy’s men’s store. I walked in and I was greeted right away by an older but well put-​together middle eastern man named Andre.
There is a small corner with a curtain and he had me put the pants on and he marked them. I asked him how long and he told me 30 minutes. I came back in 30 minutes and they were done and looked great.
$ 25.00 is kinda steep for one pair of pants to be hemmed… I would have given it 5 stars if it was more like ten bucks. But it is very convenient and fast. Just what I needed.

I’ve been here several times to get pants hemmed. At first I thought they did a 5 star job even though the price was steep $ 20 for pants & $ 40 for a hem on a jumpsuit. However, 4 out of 6 things the hem is starting to fall out. I took back 1 pair because it happened right away. They did fix it for free but for it to keep happening is ridiculous! If you are on vacation they will get stuff done in an hour & it will look good, just know that you might be getting it redone.

This crap hole of a business doesn’t even deserve a review or my time right now, but I figured I’d leave one so no one else gets treated this way.
So I have brought them so much business over the years and they have never once been nice. I kept going out of convenience because they’re located in the fashion show mall under the elevators.
I go in to pick up and did not bring my receipt. Well the fat older lady just completely lost it. Went on for 10 minutes yelling at me about why it’s so important because they have to turn it in and now it’s so much trouble for them to find the item. All the while her husband is looking for the item asking me personal information it took 2 minutes to find.
For some reason she didn’t really affect me. I just stood there not really paying attention to her thinking she should really see herself she is really ugly.
I guess I would be mad too if I had to sit in a crap hole for 24 hours and do alterations while my customers are off of work and shopping.
I really wanted to just tell her don’t worry… I won’t be coming back again so I won’t give you any more work you have to do.
The quality of alterations isn’t great either.
All in all, I’m really not sure why this place is still in business. Probably because they’re not worth anyone’s time to write a bad review so people keep getting yelled at and mistreated.
Well enough people will catch on and if they start to lose business in this horrible economy then maybe they will realize why when they stumble across this review.
