This review is for the awesome consultant I had with Lori Brown. One of the most professional polite individuals. I have ever met Since moving to vegas. Her taste was amazing and was a huge help in helping me move in the right direction *design wise* If you are lucky to get her on your visit, you will be well taken care of. Her knowledge is through the roof! 3 day blinds has among the best quality in town, and although the prices seem to be higher then home depot or lowes — you get what you paid for.

My experience with 3-Day Blinds was excellent! The rep that was sent to my home had a background of interior design, which made everything worth it! Jamie Stringham was so professional in a fun way. I had a great experience dealing with 3 days blinds and in particular with Sherry. We put 4 new blinds in my store and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I paid less than what I was thinking and I was able to use Sherry knowledge and experience on picking them different in color and the amount of light that they are letting through, compared to the ones I replaced. More than happy.

The number 702−425−5592 for installation seems to be operated by only 1 person who works 1 hour a day, from 9 to 10 in the morning. If I happen to be driving when the scheduler calls and I miss the call, there is no way to get hold of a person when I call back the number. It goes invariably to a voicemail and my message remains ignored for days. There is no customer service. The only thing that I could do was to hope that I would be contacted again. Eventually, a week or two later, someone from that number called and I had to make sure to answer the call, even when I was driving on the freeway, and accept whatever time she was offering. No flexibility at all. I realized that I had to take a sick day from work to have the blinds installed. The scheduling of the installation was frustrating. 3-Day Blinds needs to improve customer service and responsiveness of the scheduling«department» of the installation if the company wants to keep customers.

My designer, Sherry Coffman, was personable and a big help. She explained my options and made me feel good when I finally made my final choice. My house looks so great and I love my blinds.

We purchased our window coverings from 3 Day Blinds 10 years ago when we moved into our new home. The blinds have held up great. We just developed the first relatively minor problem with the blinds — one of the cords used to pull up the blinds has started to fray. Going online, I was able to see that the repair would be very easy if I only had the proper cord. I called 3 Day Blinds customer service. A very lovely woman named Crystal worked with me. she was able to find my original invoice in her system. She was able to determine the length and thickness of the cord I would need to do the home repair. She is sending it out and I should have it in about 5 days. She must have spent a half hour on the phone with me researching the 10 year old order and determining the proper cord width and length for my shades. I can’t tell you how wonderful she was to deal with. Especially since they are not even charging me for the replacement cord. This goes way above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect for a company to do to stand behind their product. I will definitely use them again when I need new window coverings.

First I want to separate the installing company from the 3 Day Blind company. The installing co was excellent. 3 Day Blinds is false advertising. You have to pay extra to get blinds installed in three days. The one vertical blind was separate from the other blind installation, which I was not told until the day the were coming for the installation. Then they lost the order for the arch window, which I still haven’t been called on after two ½ weeks. The only information I have received is from the installing company. I even had to call the company twice to get an invoice emailed to me. Never again.

Everything was fine except the price. I found them to be extremely expensive for the little you get.
