Great job, After getting five quotes from the top roofers in Vegas for a rood re-​set! I went with All American. Their price was competitive to the rest based on similar work and material estimates. It was a tough decision, but I was fortunate to observe their work on a neighbor’s house and I was impressed by their work. Once they started on my house, their attention to details and professionalism did di not falter. The work went very smoothly, completed on time and the place was spotless when they left. Also, important to mention is the excellent communication from the office from the beginning till the end of the job. I highly recommend them.

I used A 1 All American Roofing thru my Home Warranty Co & they were professional, polite & knew what they were doing. They fixed 2 bad leaks in my tile roof. The owner came & was very knowledgeable. He explained to me the problem & submitted the inspection report to my Home Warranty Co., it was approved & the Forman came the following day and did the repair work within 2 hours. He too was very knowledgable & took a picture of my deteriorated underlaynent to show me what was wrong. We has 2 days of a hard downpour and the leaks are fixed! I’m very satisfied with the roofing work and my Home Warranty Co.
The lady on the phone was very nice and told me they are a family business for more than 30 years. She too knew a lot and was very helpful. I would hope after 30 years the owner would know what he’s doing.
I highly recommend this company. Their not a huge company but they seem to care more about customer service than the larger companies do.

Absolute WORSE company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. First, my home warranty company sent them out to look over a roof leak that we had from where our patio roof meets the house and the water is coming in. I double checked with my warranty company my coverage and was told as long as it’s attached to the house, the roof leak is covered. After a WEEK later, I finally get a call saying «i’ll be there tomorrow morning»… on a HOLIDAY. Um, no. I was out of town, so had to wait a few more days for them to come out. So, when the man comes out (turns out is the owner? Yikes.) he walks to the back of my yard and stands on his tippy toes to «diagnose the leak». He never pulled out a ladder or stood on a chair, nothing. But some how he could see the entire roof. Maybe he had Inspector Gadget legs that I didn’t notice, I really have no idea. Then says «the sealant is cracked, that’s all I need. Oh, and a check». Less than 4 minutes at my residence. Later that night I receive an email from my warranty company that they are denying the claim because «water damage caused the sealant to fail»… how can that be proved and that the sealant didn’t fail because hmmmm sun is beating down on it and things like sealant tend to wear away on their own?! No telling. So, I call the company (who I had to call a second time two days later b/​c my call was not returned) and explain how they didn’t do any work, nor truly diagnose anything, so can be $ 75 be applied toward me having the service down through them? NOPE, it cannot. And WHY? Because they do NOT even do work on metal roofs! Wait, so YOUR company sent MY home warranty company an estimate for work that YOUR company doesn’t even perform??? How does that even work?! Were they going to over charge my warranty company and then contract out the job to someone else for cheaper, so they can make even more cash for not doing any of the work? Who knows. After listening to the employee on the phone get nasty with me, I just hung up. I’ll be continuing my complain with the BBB and the home warranty companies in town that hire them.

I would never use this company again even if it was free of charge, I called my home warranty company for leaks on second floor of my house, they told me A 1 All American Roofing would call me for repairs, next day got a phone call from David Cohen– president of this company set up an appointment for next day, before even saying good morning to me he asked for my deductible which I paid, he asked to see the inside of the house where the water leak was and told me another person would show up next day to go up on the roof to inspect for damages, this second person never showed up so I called my home warranty company they told me that A 1 All American Roofing had already submitted their total price for repairs to which I replied, without even inspecting the roof?, how can that be possible? so my home warranty made David Cohen come back to go up to my roof to visually inspect the damages, I went up to the roof with him, he explained to me what needed to be done and that now he understood what was needed for repairs, two weeks latter they came to get the job done, after repairs I went up to my roof, there are now broken roof tiles and they did not fixed the source of my leak were the roof meets the chimeny as explained to me by David, I called David to explained my discontent and sent him pictures of the poor job done by his employe, he said he would send his employe Terry back next day to complete the job then I received an E-​Mail from Lisa Cohen saying that I should call another roof company to repair and complete the work and replace the tiles that his employe Terry broke in the process, how many more people have been abused by this company? I won’t be a victim again, tomorrow i will call my home warranty see what they have to say.
