A New Reflection Salon

I meet Pam a few years back when she was preparing for her hairdressing instructors license. She’s a skilled professional who I would recommend to anyone in a heart beat.

I first found Pam on Craigslist several years ago. She was the only one advertising «Novalash» and she had photos as well as a clearly listed price. I have been going to her ever since.
First, let me talk about the quality. Pam only uses Novalash products and it realy makes a difference. My extensions last a very long time between fills and don’t clump or pull on my real lashes. Additionally Pam is exceptionally fast (the longest I’ve ever been at an appointment is an hour and a half which, if you know anything about eyelash extensions, is practically no time at all) and very talented. When I leave my lashes look long and lovely and lush but not so long it’s obvious they are fake. I get a ton of compliments and make all of my girlfriends jealous.
Now let me talk about Pam, herself. Pam has never ever been anything other than a consummate professional around me. She responds quickly whenever I text or call for an appointment and I have never had her cancel on me. Her work ethic, in my opinion, is impeccable, and she always goes out of her way to fit me in, since Saturdays are the only day I can get my lashes filled. She is warm, friendly and most of all fair.
Regarding the comments of Sandi W. above, I try not to get involved in she said/​she said reviews because I wasn’t present when the situation happened. I am, however, making an exception in this instance. If these comments were about anyone else I would have at least considered the possibility that the reviewer was telling the truth but the fact of the matter is I have NEVER, in all of the years I’ve been going to Pam, known her to not call or text me back within minutes of me contacting her. She has always, as far as I can recall, had a cancellation policy. She has never tried to up-​charge me or over-​charge me and in fact has, several times, charged me less when I’ve had extenuating circumstances that have prevented me from coming in for my fill in the proper time frame. Pam is, without a doubt, one of my best finds. The quality is better than what you would get at a strip salon and her pricing and professionalism can not be beat. Do yourself a favor and book a set of lashes with her; if you’re disappointed I’ll eat my shirt.

I called your shop at 8:00am two hours before my appt., and got a message for the 40^th time, I contacted Living Social after you would not call me back, You lied to living social, and told them you need a 24 Hr advance notice, or I forfeit the Living Social, and that it is writing on you’re living Social… IT IS NOT ANYWHERE, MAYBE YOU SHOULD REVIEW YOU’RE LIVING SOCIAL TERMS, AND SEE, YOU HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I TRIED TO TALK TO YOU, YOU HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN LAS VEGAS!!!

Pam is my go to girl when it comes to eyelash extensions! She is very kind, professional and most of all very talented in her field.
You pay for her talent and not the overhead of a fancy lash bar. She came highly recommended when I was looking for a place to go last year for the first time and I’m glad I followed that recommendation.
