Anthem Pediatric Dentistry

I felt really uncomfortable here, if that’s understandable. My experience wasn’t the worse, but definitely not a pleasant experience. Then a week before my children’s 6 month check up they call me to tell me they are no longer open Fridays. Basically no referral or nothing just sorry find a new dentist. Click.

Friendly office staff. Dentist office and bathroom is very clean. I don’t like how the rooms are not separated by actual rooms just by doors. Dentist seems knowledgeable and he’s friendly also. I’ll be back.

My son loved this dentist. They made him feel comfortable. The best part is we were In n out in a hour.

Smaller office — no problem. Less professionalism — bigger problem. Was not asked if I wanted fluoride treatments, they just slapped it on my kids before I even knew. It was a very slam, bam, alrighty ma’am experience. The Henderson office treats you like a paying customer. This one treats you like you’re a Medicare moocher.

Ummmm not sure what to say about what to say about this place or where to start Diana was very rude and far from professional. Feel like this place only wants to charge your insurance to the max. My nephew that is 4 years old we toke him in for his first check up and he wouldn’t sit still for his X-​rays so they came out blurry so they said they never showed me his X-​rays but the dr comes in and takes a look in his mouth and says I want to crown all his teeth. REALLY!!! Then I asked how can you tell if you are only looked didn’t even exam each tooth or at least both sides come on. When I asked how can you tell that you need to crown all of his teeth? Dr replied by looking at them I said what about the X-​ray they said well once he is in the surgery room we can do a thorough exam when he is sedated. Ummm sounds like they are just trying to charge up my insurance and do extra work that could of been with fills not crowns

I love this place! The staff is super friendly and works great with my kids! My youngest daughter hates going to get her teeth fixed, but this place has wonderful and very patient staff who take their time with the kids and explain everything thoroughly. It also helps that the staff is bilingual ;) they also give you great referrals, incase your kids need extra work done. Definitely will keep bringing my kids here again!
