The entire staff at Baldwin Distinctive Dentistry are the best! Friendly, professional & caring! I have been visiting them since they were Dr. Van Dykes, who I liked a lot, and have found that I like Dr. Baldwin just as well if not more! The dental hygienist, Stephanie, is very thorough and caring. I’ve had cavities filled & a few crowns and am very impressed with the level of caring and professionalism from all of the staff. And, yes, the view is amazing; lots of bunnies in the am to distract from the dentist reality!

I had 3 cavities filled yesterday with laughing gas! I would definitely recommend this. It made it way easier lol Dr. Baldwin is amazing he was laughing at all the stupid stuff i said and hes very gentile! I love all the ladies in his office they were so nice to be I was freaking out!

I am the biggest wuss ever when it comes to dental work. In the past I’ve always said «it hurts» and dentists haven’t believed me. Between Baldwin and my former dentist in CA, the mystery was finally solved. The nerves in my teeth are different than most people so *finally* I was able to be numbed up and not feel it.
Yes — this means I have been having dental work without the benefit of novacaine for years… so I still have anxiety attacks the second I walk in. Mind over matter. now I know it won’t hurt but that doesn’t stop it from being a white knuckle ride but the staff and doc are kind and understanding.

The hygienists and Dr. Baldwin are all very pleasant people. The office is very nice and the practice was purchased about two years ago from the amazing Dr. Van Dyke. Since then the office associates have not been nearly as helpful and willing to work with the clients. I was given wrong information about my orthodontic benefits, but yet the office staff was sure of themselves. If the office staff doesn’t change their service goal then I may have to leave my hygienist of almost 10 years and search for a better team.

New to Vegas and needed to find a new dentist. Learned of Dr. Baldwin through a mailer. Great experience from the first phonecall to schedule an appointment. Friendly professional staff and I appreciated Dr. Baldwin being personable and taking time to listen and give me recommendations. Stephanie did my cleaning and was so friendly.
