Bank of America

The W Cheyenne branch of Bank of America does not know how to treat their customers. Especially their long standing customers. The tellers are OK but The managers life ambition is to screw people. She actually enjoys it. Manager is rude unfriendly and couldn’t give a sh** if you have been a customer for 1 day or 25 yrs Couldn’t care less if you are a happy and satisfied customer when you leave. Thank god there are plenty of other branches to do business with.

Worst customer service they are, Lazy, rude, don’t help you
not to mention racist tellers who single you out red head teller told me wish trump would win so he can get all illegals out of here WOW who hires anyone like that 2016 thought we were bigger than this. No room in any work place for racist like that. not to mention she told me be grateful they still take cash WTF your a dam Bank what kinda business you running. cash is no good anymore to BofA. pathetic and sad bank never stepping foot in their even if i see them getting robbed I would ignore them and walk right by like nothing is happening. sorry if you work for such a pathetic company get out now. nothing but crooks not to mention government bailed their sorry asses out after their dumb mistakes ripping off all Americans of their mortgages/​Homes. We can do just fine without banks. FYI if you put more than one teller to help we might not walk into a line of 20 every time. stop being lazy and do your job help the customers like your suppose to. thanks for the horrible experience.

Tellers are not friendly at all. For a busy branch, I can’t for the life of me figure out why you can’t have more than one teller. Especially during the busiest time of day. I abhore coming here.

All B of A banks suck, the line is long with only 1 teller and they seem on the rude side

This place is always busy with customers but yet they can’t hire more than one teller. Managers do not help. There’s multiple staff members who walk around and say they don’t have the log in to help only tellers do. It’s unfair to the people who have banked with boa for a long period of time but yet they are not courtesy or interested in keeping customers. I will be transferring to chase bank. They actually have wonderful reviews. Don’t waste your time at bank of america. They don’t care!

Horrible service! I went in to add my husband to my account and the wait was ridiculous! Literally 15 people in line for the 2 open tellers while I waited for a banker. Only come here out of necessity and obligation!

They suck, I went here with a friend and they kept giving her the run around about her general power of attorney. We went to another BoA location and get taken care of just fine.

I’m not a big fan of Bank of America, but I have to go there to do business from time to time. This branch is very close to my house and convenient. The tellers here aren’t as friendly as other B of A branches that I visit, but they get the job done.
There’s not a whole lot to say other than it’s very convenient.
Will I return? Yes, out of necessity.
