This review is on behalf of my parents, straight from the formal complaint they filed that I encouraged them to share here to warn others. I have posted this review on the other location concerned with this matter on Green Valley Parkway, and this Dean Martin location is their HQ/Corporate Office which we have been also heavily dealing with: My wife and I purchased a Simmons mattress on the 22nd of May including the box spring from the 615 S. Green Valley Parkway location and was sold a mattress by Melissa. We paid the $ 50 delivery fee and it was delivered the next day around 3pm. Both the box springs and mattress were wrapped, and the delivery men asked us if they’d like for them unwrap it to which we said yes for just the mattress. They finished setting up mattress in one of our bedrooms and had us sign that it was delivered. It wasn’t until an hour or so later that I began to put bedding and sheets that I noticed the large tear/hole. I immediately called Melissa the representative and was given an email to send over my concern and that one of her regional directors will contact us. He did and told us that he would send a driver over after Memorial Day weekend to look at it. When the inspector/driver got here on May 31st, he took pictures and inspected it and said they will be in touch. A week had passed and no one contacted us so we had to all Melissa again. She said she does not know what was going on so she will have her Director contact us. When he did last week(the week of June 13th), he said they cannot do anything about it. To our agreement upon the purchase of the mattress there is a year warranty and they refused to take any actions over our concern. We told the Director that it is not okay and we would be taking further action. He then claimed that he would speak to the owner of Best Mattress to see what they can do. We never heard from them again. Today we received a letter in the mail dated June 17, 2016 in which they state that the damage«cannot be attributed to the delivery process considering the loss of fabric and material that has occurred in the product.» How is it possible to lose so much of the fabric and material when I called them to express my concerns of the damage upon an hour of delivery? It seems as if the delivery men gripped the mattress too rough and deep. They attached the photos the inspector took of the mattress as well and the signed delivery ticket(which was just a copy of our receipt). The receipt states(both ours and their signed copy) that we should«present this receipt for warranty.» The letter in full reads: «Dear(name), Enclosed please find a copy of the Simmons Limited warranty for your bed set. The Simmons Limited Warranty covers manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials. When the product failure is caused by factors other than defective workmanship or materials the warranty is invalidated. All other claims including incidental or consequential damages are precluded. The damage to your mattress was caused by factors other than workmanship and invalidates your warranty. The inspector did note measurements of the aperture and cavity in your mattress. These cannot be attributed to the delivery process considering the loss of fabric and material that has occurred in the product. Please note the cost of inspection is not covered under the terms of the Simmons Manufacturer Warranty. This inspection was done at no charge as a courtesy. We regret we can no longer be of assistance to you. Best Mattress does not offer a warranty of any kind on your mattress set, neither expressed or implied. Your product is warranted by the manufacturer only. Sincerely, Best Mattress Customer Service.» They also attached a copy of the Simmons warranty and HIGHLIGHTED that«***SIMMONSSHALLNOTBELIABLEFORINCIDENTALORCONSEQUENTIALDAMAGESTHATRESULTFROMTHEUSEOFYOURSIMMONSPRODUCT***» And again, we never used the product! We got it in within the hour when we found the hole. WEDIDNOTDAMAGETHEPRODUCTANDITWASNOTDEFECTED. It was negligence by Best Mattress and they are not taking responsibility. We will continue to pursue this matter even further until resolved. Note: All my parents want is a replacement, it’s disgusting how Best Mattress is handling this matter.

I went to RC Wiley and was gonna buy a i series mattress. I got told to go to the best mattress store on Dean Martin. So I go there and they have the i series mattress for way cheaper. Then the Salesman Chase and by the way is super cool, tells me for the price you can get a Queen serta set perfect sleeper for $ 699. Regular $ 1699. Amazing mattress… Go get yours befor they run out. Go see Chase at best mattress on dean Martin.

Went to pick up a bed for our 2 year old. We were in the market for a new bed ourselves, but werent ready to make the purchase just yet. Chase was very helpful with finding what we were looking for in a bed, but once he got in our price range, it was very hard not to take advantage of the price and the financing once he spoke to his manager. We have 2 other kids in need of beds soon. We would not hesitate to visit Chase over on Dean Martin again. Thanks again for the great price and product! See you soon!

Was only looking yesterday when I went out to some mattress shops. I had no intention of buying anything because I don’t move into the house for over a month and have no place to store anything. I stopped at one place down the street from Best Mattress and although they had a nice selection the store manager came off like a used car salesman literally saying«if I could get the price to X would you purchase today?» Which left me wondering why he could take about 40% off the listed sales price, why not just mark it down to that because if I hadn’t kept saying I didn’t plan to buy today I might have paid the sales price. When I stopped in at Best Mattress and the nice sales person Chace introduced himself and asked if he could help. He showed me the options in the style I liked and explained the current sale that was listed right on the bed. When I told him I wanted to think about it he was very polite and gave me his card. After comparing the way I was treated by Chace at Best Mattress to the other store, I decided to go back to the store after a couple of hours and make the purchase. Chace was still there and remembered me from earlier and helped me with my purchase and arranged for delivery after I get into the house so I don’t have to store it anywhere. If you are looking for a bed go see Chace(yes that is the way he spells it) before you purchase from anyone else… you will be glad you did… I was.

My wife and I just moved to town and needed to get two new mattresses; one for the master and another for the guest. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted by the on-floor sales associate, Chase. He was extremely knowledgeable yet never pushy; listing the product features while including both pros and cons. We happened to visit two other mattress ‘giants’ that day and let me tell you, some of these people come across as used-car salesmen; super pushy and talking up whatever product we happened to be looking at in the moment. Chase allowed us to comfortably browse at our own leisure and actually stayed an hour past close while we debated various offerings. My wife and I ended up purchasing two mattresses that night and received next-day delivery even though the warehouse had already closed. See, Chase was able to push the delivery through for us next a.m. although it could have easily been a few days out. Best Mattress will match and beat any listed competitors’ price and they offer superb customer service. If you’re looking for a new mattress in the LV Valley, I highly recommend checking out this local operation and trust me, avoid the disingenuous hassle & annoyance of the in-your-face, high pressure sale from the mattress giants!

I can not say enough good things about Brian our sales associate. Brian made all the difference in the world for our purchase experience. We picked a holiday weekend knowing there would be sales galore. I will not go on about the bad experiences we had at a couple of furniture stores and chains, save your time and frustration. Just go see Brian at Best Mattress. He asked completely different questions, from all the other places and was genuinely concerned we get the right mattress, and was not pushy. The delivery drivers were right on time, and very professional. We have been sleeping on the new mattress for a month and could not be more happy.

We bought the Tempurpedic Flex Elite hybrid king size mattress. It was worth every dollar! We did a lot of research and checked out several stores but this mattress is the most comfortable mattress out. We will definitely buy all our mattresses from Bryan at Best Mattress! He is courteous, professional, and his product knowledge is superior. Trust me, we shopped around! Go check them out.

I only shop at Best Mattress for my bedding needs but this was my first trip to this location. Brian fielded five phone calls from my annoying wife before I came in and he still had enough patience left to deal with me. He helped me get the box spring on the roof and secure it during a wind storm. I was able to complete the 45 minute, 8 mile trek with the merchandise in place. The deals are also great, so the 5 stars are well deserved. Thanks again Best Mattress!

This place was horrible. I walked in here with the intention of buying a bed that same hour I walked in because they were conveniently located to me. I must have waited at least 20 minutes and nobody even acknowledged my presence. I continued to listen to the representative talk to this time wasting bottom feeder customer of whom even I knew had no intention of buying. Finally I walk up, said excuse me and told the gentlemen«See this(gesture and show a wad of hundreds) I’m taking this elsewhere because you ignored me and love time wasters!» The other customer looked embarrassed and I left. I ended up buying a bed in the other side of town with a Serta mattress. Service is horrible at this location.
