I gave four stars instead of five because this store is in an atrocious location. It’s in the Albertson’s shopping center at Warm Springs and Eastern. There are train tracks right behind it, and when the train goes by, you can’t hear anyone talk. That being said, our salesman, Kris, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the differences between the mattresses and helped us make a decision. We got a split king Serta iComfort with the adjustable frame. I can’t wait to try it… and I won’t have to wait long because it’s being delivered in two days. I normally walk away from salesmen because I hate being pressured. That didn’t happen here. Kris actually made this a fun experience!

Hassle-free experience. We told Dustin, the manager, what we were looking for (just a box spring and a simple steel bed frame), and explained that we were on a budget. He showed us what was available in our price range, and never once tried to up-sell us. We were in and out in about 15 minutes, stress free. The delivery men showed up early the next day to drop it off, and they set it up for us in less than 15 minutes. Great service, good prices, and so far, pleased with the quality of what we bought. Excellent transaction all around.
