I came here to get a second piercing in my nose (directly by my current one). I decided to come here because I was unable to see someone at Diversity. I had a good 30 minute talk with the piercer about how small my nose is and the diameter of the ring has to be small. He agreed and I thought we were on the same page, I even showed him the gauge and diameter of the current ring I had in my nose. I was obviously incorrect, we were not on the same page. First off, when he put the needle in it hurt so bad (worse than it should’ve) and he proceeded to put the hoop in. After the painful process he showed me the result and it was horrific. He stuck a thick gauge and huge diameter hoop in my nose. I told him it needed to be fixed because I have work and it’s not okay, I told him he could even switch it to a stud. He said there was nothing he could do except maybe try to switch it the next day but he will most likely have to re-​pierce my nose. I walked out furious. When I got home, I cleaned the horrific mess with saline and I saw a large amount of blood come out. This is NOT normal. I have many piercings and I have never seen this. I work up the next morning and not only was it ridiculously inflamed, red, and bleeding, but it felt like I had been punched in the face, my nose and entire area surrounding my nose felt like it was bruised and it was so painful. I decided to try to fix his huge mistake at Diversity, luckily the piercer was there and she immediately saw how bad he messed up my nose. She was able to switch it out, it was painless and now it actually looks good. I don’t like giving out bad reviews but this was completely unprofessional and even though he was a very sweet guy, it was not a good experience for my little nose.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. The guy doing the piercing (I had my eyebrow pierced) was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and how to care for the piercing. I also really liked that he pierced without clamps.

Definitely going back. Thee Joe was great and professional and even gave some great tips.
