This crew lead by Nic was very professional. We had challenges getting my car towed due to a busted control arm so the wheel wouldn’t straighten out. After several attempts to make it work these guys made it happen. While making attempts to load the car they treated my car as if it was their own. I’m very pleased with the work they did and most importantly the professionalism and experience they had with handling a very expensive car. Highly recommended!

After many attempts over two hours on the side of the road to find a complany that could tow our broken-​down 40-​foot motorhome, we found Big Valley Towing in the yellowpages online. Boy are we glad we did! They didn’t need to «call their supervisor to check if they has a rig available» or find out «if they had any drivers under their maximum hours that could come out», they just answered the phone and instantly said yes. They were polite, quick, and professional. They called a couple of times to let us know their ETA and seemed generally interested in our safety. Once Keith the driver arrived, he explained everything he was going to do in depth and got us back to safety and off the side of the highway in no time. He was extremely nice and considerate. If we ever need to use a tow company again in the Las Vegas area again, we won’t hesitate to call Big Valley and ask for Keith. We highly recommend they be your first call if you’re in need of anything tow related.
