Brazilian Outdoor Festival 2015

Very small «festival». The entertainers were good. We enjoyed the capoeira and flame dancers the most. The food was very minimal and there wasn’t much to do besides sit down and watch the show. I guess when I see festival I expect more. More food options, booths, activities, shopping, etc. The Unilocal posting states there would be shopping opportunities but besides a T-​shirt booth with one shirt design, I didn’t see anything else.
As for the food, it was a hectic scene to order. You couldn’t hear them call your food order number over the music and our order was incorrect. We ordered yucca fries and started eating them and then saw the couple next to us actually got yucca fries and we had just been given regular fries. Disappointing because I really wanted to try yucca fries. I was wondering why our fries tasted like potato. Lol. The meatballs were very dry and looked undercooked. The Brazilian hotdog wasn’t very good either. My fiancé took a bite and didn’t like it. I took a bite as well and decided it wasn’t to our liking.
I did like the caipirinha drink though. It was very similar to a margarita but with a more lemony flavor.
I’ll give them 2 stars for the entertainers on stage and the drink but really thought I was going to a major event like annual bite of Las Vegas which I paid the same price for but got so much more out of.
