Update: The office has hired new staff, and the additional Dentist is excellent. I will continue to visit this office.

Love it here 8) IVE been coming here since I was a little girl and my whole family has been coming here too and we’ve never had problems.. Probably been here for ten some years. EVERYONES really nice.

I did not have a good expierience at this dentists office. When you walk in, the girls in the front do not enen look up at you or aknowledge you are there. You have to ask waht to do. Then they act like you bothered their social time. So Rude… No customer service. I will say the only person in this office that is actually nice, is the girl who checks people out at the end, maybe she could give a lesson to the other girls there. Let me tell you about my personal expierience My veneer had broken, so I went to this office to have it fixed, they made me a temp the same day so i wouldn’t be a snaggle tooth, which worked out fine. Well he had to send in to get the permanent one made, Well 2 weeks later when the permanent one was ready, he put it up to my teeth and it was like 3 shades darker than the rest of my teeth. So he sent it back, another 2 weeks later another one came back (supposedly the «fixed one». On the day of my appointment, I walked in the front office where they don’t even greet you, and I heard the girl tell the dentist that he had a veneer scheduled. He clearly got upset and acted like it was a pain in his a** that I was there for what they had messed up the first time! Well it was also darker than the rest of my teeth, I was so frustrated I just had him put the tooth in at this point. During this appointment, there was a man in the chair next to me getting his tooth yanked out. (I mean literally) This dentist was pulling this mans tooth out and the man let out a scream and the dentist had the hot nerve to tell him to «calm down sir, I have other patients here». Well hell. I dont blame the guy for screaming, his tooth was being yanked out. Anyways, here I am am rockin this tooth in the front of my mouth and it is darker than my other teeth. not happy about it, Will have it redone by somone that actually takes their job seriously… So beware of this place …

After a bad experience at another dentist office, I was very nervous about going to another one. I found this dentist in my culinary health fund provider list and I am very glad I did!
The techs were very friendly and I felt that my way time was very short. I did have one hiccup with my appointment.
When I scheduled, I asked to make an appointment for a cleaning and a check up. Somehow, I ended up with just a check up appointment so I had to schedule a later appointment for the cleaning the same day.
Despite this hiccup, I feel the service I received was fantastic. I plan on coming back regularly.
