Carlisle At Summerlin

My wife and I have lived here for almost 2 years now. It’s been a very good stay for us! We really enjoy the area, and have never had a problem that wasn’t resolved quickly.
Ours is one of the 3 bed 2 bath units. It’s very spacious, and has suited us very well. The maintenance guys are always on top of things, so if something goes wrong, they’re out here in a flash.
All in all, one of the best places I’ve rented from. Highly recommend. :)

I wish there was a «0» star:(I loved this place when I first moved in! Beautiful inside and the grounds were kept nice. I have lived on the property for 6 years total. We stay because we also moved my in laws onto the property (shoot me) to make it easier for everyone. We are great tenants… Now don’t think for a second I’m one of those people that thinks their own way is the best. I keep a beautiful home and so does my mother in law. After about a year or two… The landscapers stopped coming (I was told that this is due to Carlisle not paying their bills) in addition to that; the rent is VERY inflated (don’t get me wrong/​I’m ok paying for good quality) the problem is, my home has been robbed twice. My car broken into, along with 10 others (broken windows and everything) I was told this is due to their recently accepting Section-​8? I didn’t even know what it was until I googled it (discriminatory statement but whatever) then the head of HOA decided to change the mailbox keys/​system and have my key to stranger! No I’d asked for or anything! I had to threaten federal action before they re keyed my box. I have to have packages delivered to other peoples homes. Don’t get me wrong, they have a beautiful pool area. But I’m not paying 1350 for just a pool! No security. None at all. Their gates have damaged my vehicles twice. Both times because it was at the back gate I was told «sorry, no cameras back there» our mailboxes broken into, my window was broken out from the robbery (same window I had reported a week earlier) every time before we have complained, for the most part; the Managers have been helpful. The current Manager M. Has a very heavy accent and it’s hard to understand her and she is at times, so worried about keeping her job she isn’t doing her job. Every time we ask about anything «contact HOA» give it a shot if you don’t believe me! I’ve seen more police issues here than I ever did anywhere else. And my family is from Brooklyn! There was a shooting, cars robbed, homes invaded (as recent as last week!) and still no security. It’s just horrible. I will say that I have received stellar service from both Tom and Martin (who is the regional Manager but I only visited with on one occasion) Tom is the best thing they have right now. As a parent, a good person and someone that doesn’t like change; I absolutely would NOT recommend this property to anyone. I’m sorry to say:(the condos are really beautiful. It’s upsetting that I will soon no longer be a resident as I am obtaining legal expertise to be released from any contractual agreement for safety reasons. I’m scared every night! I hate it here:(if anyone needs any sort of proof; I have mountains– just ask. Also, I forgot to mention… I’m not kidding; literally there has been about 15 Managers in here in the 6 years I’ve been here… Strange.

The maintenance man is awesome. The AC went out and he came to fix it within 20 minutes. We had a leak under the sink and he was there again in less than 20 minutes. The office staff has always been helpful and nice. Great Community!
