After seeing that their corporate office noticed my review and promised to speak to the workers regarding their past behavior towards customers I decided to give the store another chance. Earlier this month I went it to purchase two gift cards: one for a newborn girl and one for a little toddler girl. I noticed that the store only had two types of cards on display: one that was gender neutral and one for little boys. I would’ve purchased the gender neutral card, but both were going to the same family and I didn’t want the parents to be confused about which card went to which little cousin. I asked the manager if they had any other designs to choose from and without hesitation she enthusiastically searched around until she found two brand new designs — one of a little toddler girl and one with cutesy zoo animals. They were perfect! The manager and the sale associates on the floor were a welcoming crew and I left the store eager to return :)

OK, so in my opinion, Carter’s is middle of the road when it comes to baby clothing. I mean, who wants to spend big bucks for something they grow out of in, like, 2 minutes, right? It’s mostly reasonably priced stuff that’s fair enough as far as quality goes. I mean, we have tons of Carter’s onesies that we’ve washed 8 millions times and they’re holding up but, of course, they never look as good after the first wash. I find that Carter’s runs a bit smaller than some other brands. My baby could be in a 3 month from Gap or Gymboree but will be a 6 month in Carter’s. Just keep that in mind when stocking up for the colder months. We always get coupons for the Carter’s outlet(I think in the mail?). It’s one of those places that it would be ludicrous to shop in without a coupon. My beef with this place is the service. It’s hit or miss. We’ve literally stood on line for 15 minutes with one person ahead of us while a handful of other employees work on the floor. Can someone step up to the register when there’s a long line or when one transaction is taking a while? You don’t need to be standing around telling everyone that …“everything is up to 50% off today” when they can see the signs with their own eyes. Let’s keep this line moving! OK, so what’s the verdict? Good place to shop for baby clothing if you have the time.

Staff is rude and they do not honor the coupons that they send out. Good luck if you choose to shop here. You can get Carters clothes at kohls and it is a much better experience.

I love this place! The store is very clean and organized. The girls and boys section is split down the middle. The best time to go is during Black Friday. If you are expecting or already have a baby, this is the place to go. They always have great deals. Sign up for the mailing list to receive coupons.

I love this store. I have twin sons, so finding a place that sells good quality clothes at reasonable prices is very necessary. Carter’s is my go to place for everyday clothing for my sons. They always have the cutest onesies, pajamas, sweater, pants, and jackets. Definitely sign up for emails directly with Carters. You will get coupons emailed to you all the time. Plus, check out the website before you head over to the store because you can sometimes find coupons right on the page to print out. Also, definitely try to shop around holiday weekends — think Memorial Day or Labor Day — because you can combine their big sales with coupons they send out. The only negative about the store is the size. They have tons of items crammed into a smaller shop. While I love the amount of variety they have, the sheer massiveness of items makes it hard to get around the store. If you have a stroller, forget about it! Tip: There is an IHOP right on Las Vegas Blvd in front of the mall, park in line with that restaurant, but close to the mall of course, and Carter’s is the first store on the left when you enter the mall at that side. Super convenient!

Great place to buy onesies or pajamas for infant to toddler. Good prices especially if you sign up with your email and address. They’ll send coupons in the mail and have punch cards where if you spend $ 100 you get $ 10 off! Sometimes other clothes are cute and sometimes not, but definitely worth the trip.
