The worst service ever! Very unprofessional. Beginning with the owner and all of his pathetic staff. Julie stole from him and that’s why they can’t get their sh#% together. I’m surprised they are still in business. Beware if you choose to rent thru them you’ll be living a nightmare. I know I did. Pathetic losers. I too wouldn’t of given them a Damn star if it wasn’t necessary. They are complete B. S!!!

Julie is the best agent there is. Very professional and always helpful. Centennial Real Estate is easy doing business with.

RENTERS BEWARE!!! I wish I had read the reviews, they dont return phone calls. they fix nothing broken. Read your lease with an attornay. They changed mine 6 mnths into the lease. After 3 months water was turned off. Because according to lease they were suppose to bill me. Never recieved on. Then they tacked on thousands of dollars in late fee!!! I did get them removed, but not after requesting a copy of there attempts to bill me. There were none!!! Then I get an eviction notice!!!
That was, they told me a pc glick. So I guess the first of the month they just send out eviction notices. Dealing with Julie Has been a living night mare!!! I am so glad this is not my house, because they have let it go. no dishwasher, no fanover stove. no microwave. Sprinklers still not working!!! etc.etc. Non the less I AM OUT OF HERE

Horrible! Horrible! Service! They don’t even deserve a star. If I can give them half a star or no star at all I would’ve given that to them. don’t ever try to rent a house from them because if it’ll take monthsss for them to fix things. oh! And the owner is very rude! This place only wants $$$$$ once they get it, your on your own! Horrible!
