I have never been so pleased by a salon tell I came her. The place is so warm and welcoming. My hair stylist Coral Smith was so amazing I will never go to anyone else but her again. She did everything I wanted and match what o wanted. She was so gentle and sweet. I will be recommending her to all my friends and family.

This location used to be the old Ritual Salon and Spa, which closed a couple months ago
I started receiving e-​mail offers from them… one of the gals there used to work for Ritual and had obtained their client list to announce their opening and offers
wasn’t sure whether to give them a try since I was kind of pissed that Ritual sold me a bunch of prepaid services in late September and then announced their closing about a month later. No way to use what I had paid for… borderline fraud on Ritual’s part
in any event, being a guy, when I got the offers for massage, facial, and nail specials, I thought why the hell not… save some money and maybe she will like the new spa/​salon?
SCORE, she absolutely loved the service here… she went in for a massage and facial with one of the certificates I purchased and signed up for a monthly membership that day! that gets her 3 services a month that she can roll over if she doesn’t use. makes my life a bit easier right?
In any case, the new owners were really great and helpful. I met some of them when I went to buy the certificates, but I wanted her to try them before committing to a membership.
trust me, she can be a bit picky, so we have been to quite a few places before settling on Ritual a couple years ago, and I was pretty happy that she liked the new place just as much if not more!
FYI, guys, if you wanna spoil your gal, you can always have a few beers at Twin Peaks right outside while you wait for her…

Great service everyone was extremely nice and friendly! Loved the atmosphere. I received a pedicure it was great. Definitely going back to try out their other services.

This place is amazing, from the moment you walk in to the moment you step out. The staff is beyond friendly very welcoming. I had the champagne massage and enjoyed every minute of it. Jonathan did an amazing job and I will coming back very soon!

AMAZING experience … the salon is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Pedro the massage therapist was GREAT!!! He was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. i also had a mani/​pedi done and i feel like a new woman. everything was new/​sterilized and the staff was very gentle. i highly recommend this spa/​salon to anyone looking for top of the line quality in a friendly and relaxing environment. i definitely will be coming back more often and will be bringing family & friends as well !!!

went for my second time cause my first time wasn’t so great and it was amazing my nails look amazing he did such a great job and the staff was so friendly and nice !

Went in today with my daughter to get our hair colored. Dixie was awesome. She nailed the look I wanted and she gave me suggestions on product that will help my color last longer. Needless to say I left with a fabulous new color and some hair products for less then I expected to pay. Thank you Champagne Salon and Dixie.

I called about booking a massage and fortunately they were running a special. I got an awesome deal on an 80 minute Swedish massage. Megan was great, and everyone was friendly. I happily purchased three additional massages to use over the next few months. Can’t wait to book my next one!

Simply fabulous. Exactly what you should expect from a Salon and Spa. You wont be disappointed.

Having to move to a new state sucks especially when you need to find a new nail shop :/​
I really dragged my feet when it came to finding a new shop but my mom and I were in bad shape! A few weeks ago I saw an advertisement in the paper for $ 19.00 gel manicure and I knew this was as good as it was going to get since nail shops are way higher out here than California :/​
My mom made an appointment for us and I was kind of thrown off that you had to give a credit/​debit card to hold your appointment, I’ve never heard of that at all.
We came right on time and I will give it to the front receptionist, she had great customer service skills and was friendly to everyone that came in, she checked us in, offered us refreshments and asked us to fill out a questionnaire.
My mom and I had two different people so I’m going to break it down by both of our experiences.
My mom had a super nice and friendly manicurist which was a good sign, all my mom needed was a manicure since she took her gels off recently.
Now me on the other hand, I needed a gel manicure and a soak off of my old ones and my nail tech was not friendly at all!
Moms experience: Nice employee but when it came to her manicure it seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing when it comes to your cuticles. My mom says she kept hold the tool a funny way and barely touched her cuticles which both of ours desperately needed help since we haven’t had our nails done in over 6 weeks. You know its bad when you have to go home the same night and attempt to finish the job yourself. Her skin wasn’t filed down enough and was catching on her clothes which is never a good sign when you’ve just gotten a manicure. My mom wasn’t sure if she had just graduated from beauty school since she had no clue what she was doing. Super nice though just needs to really improve her skills.
My experience: Yes my nails came out great but my gel mani took way too long and I wasn’t relaxed at all, first off my nail tech didn’t really greet me, he looked at my nails and seemed confused, I told him numerous times I had no acrylic on my nails and just needed my old gels off and a new gel manicure but he finally understood me. I knew it was not a good sign when he started pulling at my nails! As if they were going to come off! It was an uncomfortable experience from the start, he seemed like he was having such a hard time taking my old gels off, it’s really not that hard, my old nail tech does it without having to cause me pain/​discomfort.
First he started with soaking them with remover and cotton balls, wrapping up my fingers in aluminum usually doing that takes them majority off and can be finished by buffing the rest off. I don’t think he used enough remover because they did not come off like they should have, he had to use a scraper which was not pleasant either and it still didn’t get them off so he put the aluminum back on for a few and then proceeded with buffing them off. That should have taken no more than 20 minutes but it felt like an eternity.
I’ll give the salon credit when it comes to gel colors they had over hundreds and hundreds to pick from. But, just like my mom’s manicure he had no clue what to do when it came to my cuticles, he barely touched them and I rough spots that I had to take care of myself later that night. Call me crazy but isn’t the part of getting a manicure about getting your cuticles and dead skin removed?
It was a very awkward experience for me, I was glad it was finally over, I was disappointed with my manicure, yes the gel came out great but when I asked him if he could put extra glitter on my nails he looked at me like I was insane!
So one gel mani and a manicure came out to $ 45.00 I’m not sure how much my mom’s manicure was but she felt duped and disappointed. Even though the salon looks beautiful and relaxing my experience sure wasn’t.

Wow amazed. Our first time here. I got full set and pedicure done and it was amazing love them. The service is excellent everyone is so friendly and caring since we walked in into the moment we left. My husband got the champagne massage and he said it was out of this world relaxed him so
Much he loved and recommended Megan. She’s amazing therapist. Definitely coming back. Oh and awesome promotions going I recommend everyone to go. !!

This place is amazing great atmosphere and excellent staff you will not be disappointed when you choose them. I went here to get my hair done and Pamela was my stylist she is by far one of the best, I gave her a picture and then told her that she can be creative and the end result was AMAZING way better than the picture. I am very pleased and everyone keeps asking who did my hair. Thank you so much again Pamela hair is trully your creative calling.

I’m so pleased with the changes the owners and management have made at Champagne from Ritual. I was nervous about coming just because of how the salon was prior to new ownership but I’m glad I did anyway. Upon checkin, my husband and I were offered drinks and promptly taken to our scheduled services.
While I can’t speak to my husbands massage entirely, he was so relaxed and impressed with his massage he asked to go back! That’s a big deal for him since its pulling him to get him to treat himself to anything.
My nail experience was above par. I was given tons of gel options, recommended an awesome masque for how dry my skin was and left with my hands beautifully manicured. I returned later in the day for my toes and my technician was the same (shocking in Vegas for this to happen) and an owner took interest in my experience and even looked for a special polish color.
These guys are great. I highly recommend. Thanks again!

This place was amazing! Not only was the staff friendly and very helpful picking out the services, but the experience was incredible! The set up is very relaxing, the message was one of the best I have received! Highly recommend to go for a unique experience! They also have many specials for their services, great place!

went in for a deluxe gel pedicure after getting emails regarding new ownership and specials… had an amazing experience. The pedicure by Cindy was one of the best I’ve ever had with major attention to detail and the staff was all very professional and courteous. They have a number of great specials running well worth trying!
Got a massage from Megan today and it was phenomenal she’s great and really worked the pain out of me!!!

Went here a couple days ago for a much needed pedi. A pretty atmosphere perfect for pampering. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Lots of high quality polishes to choose from and top it all off they offer a good selection of drinks to sip on while you’re being taken care of. Couldn’t give them a five star sadly because the girl that did my pedi cut the skin of one of my toes pretty badly. Now, what was supposed to be a relaxing experience has turned into a bit of a painful one as the cut still has not healed. I still loved the experience in itself but will definitely be using a different nail artist next time.

I was referred by John and Brooke Summers and my stylist was Pamela… ABSOLUTE AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I am new to the area and am very picky about who does my hair and I was thoroughly impressed! Cannot express enough how great it was! Walked in and the place smelled so good and the customer service was delightful! They were very nice and made sure I felt at home while offering me a beverage. Pamela greeted me and cut and styled my hair perfectly and I even got my eye brows waxed as well and she was an absolute doll! Will definitely be going back and referring everyone I know! Thank you! I am definitely a RAVING FAN!

I’ve been looking for a new place to call home for all my needs and I am SOOO happy I decided to give this place a shot! It just recently opened. It’s so clean. The staff is friendly and talkative. I highly recommend this place to men and women in this area, or anywhere in town! It’s worth the drive! I will be a long time customer! Thank you Champagne for opening up in our neighborhood!

This place is amazing. I always saw that it said Ritual Salon and Spa and decided to try it out now that it is a new company with new ownership. I got a mani and pedi and it was more than I could have imagined it being. I got served complementary bubbly moscato and was given snacks. Cindy did my nails and they are beautiful. She did such a great job and didn’t rush to ensure great quality. Right now they are offering 50% off on all their services so it was definitely a steal ! I even took my mom the following day for her first mani and pedi ever and she was as blown away as I was. Highly recommend!
