I have a tremendous amount of facial hair and Nelly at Charnel Spa is my «go to girl». She is amazing and my skin feels so smooth.
Nelly is on a «hunt» to get each and every hair and she treats every hair as the enemy that she must conquer!
She is immaculate, personable and focused on satisfying her customer. Without a doubt, Nelly is the most patient and thorough waxing specialist you will ever visit.

I went in for my first facial. I had been doing my research because I was going to get the acne facial. I have severe acne and I started noticing a difference as soon as a day after the facial. The reviews on here are spot on about Nelly. She is fantastic! She began with asking me why I thought I had acne and what I could do differently to make my face healthier from inside out. She had a soft touch, her hands felt like they were made of silk! I’m definitely coming back because of her. She made my first experience so comfortable!

well there you go… the best facial i have ever had and i wish i lived in Vegas and would definitely go every month. i am sure i will be back in April when i visit again from LA. I also loved my eye brow wax. my face is glowing and done perfectly with a lot of care and love.

This spa is definitely a one of a kind! Nelly, the owner and main esthetician has 20+years experience, is super kind, genuine and knowledgable of the beauty industry. She will give you honest recommendations on what is best to achieve your desired goal, and will never try to sway you for her own financial gain. However I will advice, if you are someone who likes to be unbothered perhaps her interactive style will be an issue to you… as she loves to provide a friendly personable experience. I loved it and will most certainly be back! I did the Lipo contour followed by a cupping session. All prices are listed in the website.

I was looking for a spa I could feel comfortable to visit on a regular and after looking around I came across Charnel Spa. Nelly is a very nice person. She is very knowledgeable with the work she does. She kept giving me tips on how to help my complexion. I went in for a facial and she is so gentle I was dozing off of how relaxed I felt. She is also very attentive to make sure you are comfortable. I would recommend to anyone to go to Charnel Spa.

I like this place. It’s got a great location and Nelly is great. I do think, however, some of the prices are a bit high. I know you get what you pay for and I understand that, however, I would be more likely to go more often if the prices were a little lower. I have been there twice for a brow and chin wax, both times i had Nelly. The first time I was totally impressed with my results as they lasted for at least 8 weeks, second time not so lucky and Nelly thought I was there for a brazillian wax, (not me)…not today anyways… Probably won’t return.

What a great find! As Nelly pointed out, it can be a bit tricky to find her location at first (make sure you use the correct street name — most cabs will try to drop you off on the main road, which is Rancho Dr, instead of Rancho Lane), but she has put some flags out on the road to try and help you find her.
I visited with Nelly for a wax and an eyelash tint, but would happily return to her for a facial as well. Elly is an older European woman full of knowledge and a great bedside manner, and quick, efficient waxing. I really appreciate all that she discussed with me during my waxing session, including suggestions on keeping my skin looking young and how to improve my complexion.
Definitely recommend! I saw there is a Unilocal!deal, so I will be sure and use that next time if it’s still available.

It can be a bad time when you have a stranger all in your lady bits. I went in for a full Brazilian not having ever had one. Nelly made this experience completely comfortable and as enjoyable as having hair ripped from your body can be. She’s very knowledgeable and quick! I will definitely be coming back and recommending her in the future. She’s amazing!

I would give Nelly 10 stars if I could. She was a wealth of knowledge, not just when it comes to skin care, but life in general! I learned so much about the power of nature’s nutrients and the dangers of toxins and chemicals in that half hour than I have learned in my life. She was just such a worldly woman, it truly was a pleasure to spend a few minutes with her.
Let’s face it, Brazilian waxes are going to be a little painful no matter where you go or who the esthetician is, so the atmosphere and comfortability really make the biggest difference! Nelly is extremely experienced and knows exactly what she is doing. I will never go to another esthetician again.

I highly recommend seeing Nelly for anything skin related! I was looking for someone with experience in underarm waxing and I walked a away having learned so much about skin care in general. She uses high quality, natural oils and ingredients. My experience with Nelly was the first time I’ve ever been waxed and did not have irritated skin afterward. I am so glad I went to her. Nelly is a friendly, very knowledge and gentle esthetician who truly cares about the wellbeing of her clients; inside and out. I will definitely be returning for all of my skin care needs!

I’m so glad I found Nelly to do my waxing. her many years of experience really showed and made a difference — the moment I walked into her treatment room she made me feel so welcome, comfortable & at ease (which is v important with waxing!) she is truly passionate & proud about what she does.
I didn’t expect the treatment to be painless but at least Nelly went to work swiftly and thoroughly– in a matter of minutes it was over and I felt great.
I wish her all the best of luck in her new spacious location, I will be back and I recommend her to anybody.
