Chick-A-Dees Children’s Resale and Specialty Boutique

Just went by today– there was an eviction notice on the door and all that was inside was a few signs and racks– no merchandise:(

Love this store… it’s clean, it’s well organized, they have new and used items, and they have great customer service! A++++

Chick-​A-​Dees is a small boutique and resale store. One thing that I appreciate about boutique stores are unique baby items that you can’t find at your traditional chain baby stores like Babies R Us. Handcrafted items are also available — including hair bows, accessories, jewelry, and toys. Of course, things can be a bit more costly at such boutique stores as well.
Not only do they sell new items, but they also buy and resell gently used children’s clothing and baby gear. Walk-​in buying hours are Mondays through Thursdays from 10 am — 2 pm. Saturdays are available by appointment only. They buy children’s clothing from sizes 0 – 10, including shoes; baby gear such as pack n plays, highchairs, jumperoos, bouncers, and strollers. Although they do suggest you call first to see what items they are currently accepting. Clothes need to be washed and ready to sell in order to be considered. They do say they are ‘very picky’ and discount brand clothing must be practically new to be considered.
For reselling, you receive 25−40% of their selling price on clothing, and 40−60% of their selling price on baby gear. If you accept, you receive the cash immediately and also get an additional 10% off any purchase you make that same day.
They also have a small play area in the back should you wish to let your kids play while you shop or wait for you items to be examined for resale.
This newer store is cleaner and not as cluttered as some of the other resale children’s stores I’ve been to in Vegas. Definitely worth a look if you’re in the area or looking for a few unique baby items.
