Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is probably one worst Chipotle in Vegas. Every now and then you might get lucky and actually get a good bowl or burrito out of them but hardly ever. I usually only eat here if I’m in the area and I really want Chipotle but I rather drive further knowing I will get a better outcome then this one.

I ordered a chicken burrito. As per every single experience going to chipotle, the portions were mediocre. The girl that took my order was nice but she wrapped my burrito so violently she tore it a little. then she said «there’s a tear in your burrito. would you like me to double wrap it?» –_​– seriously? I don’t want 2 huge tortillas. I said it’s fine like that. she didn’t offer to give me a different tortilla. I was just annoyed so I took it like that. when I got home and sat down to eat it, the beans, rice, and chicken were super cold. The rice was bland and so were the beans. Now to the chicken, every single bite of that chicken was bitter, bitter, bitter!!! It tasted like if it was burnt but the pieces looked just fine. It was gross. I didnt bother finishing it.

I had the wrong expectation. I thought this was a causal restaurant, not a fast food type place. Its ok.

I love the customer service, the store is always clean and the food is great. I just want to tell the employees at Chipotle keep up the great work your food is awesome. There is always challenges Vegas Restaurants are awesome and friendly. Thank you for the awesome service.

Always great food and customer service, I usually order online so I can just ho straight to the register. They get pretty busy but well worth the wait.

I haven’t even left the parking lot yet. It made me so upset. I love chipotle and maybe I’m just used to California and their hospitality but this location sucks at customer service. When I walk in I see 3 employees at the make table and a gentleman ahead of me had questions so one employee was happy to help him. The other ran to the back. Well he had a lot of questions and while waiting, the same employees who could have helped the line decided to stay and peek around the corner and stare instead of helping. Then when the one employee called for a cash register person. It took a good 3 minutes for an employee to stop ignoring her and come help. I know plenty of people looking for work maybe chipotle needs to clean house at this location.
Also, I come home to find that they have store bought chips instead of the chips I love. Big fail.

My ratings for Chipotle don’t vary very much. Either it’s a 5 star or a 4 star. The food is consistently good, GMO free, and tastes way better, and is just honestly better than filling your belly with mystery meat at Taco Bell or Big Macs.
This one is the closest to me currently. The location has much to be desired, but hey, it’s a Chipotle, what can you really bemoan about? Also, the restaurant is one of the smallest Chipotle’s I’ve been in as well. I’ve eaten in, I’ve taken out, it’s been good and enough to make me return on multiple occasions.

Usually love this this place but lately have been trying new menu choices. The steak quesadilla sooo much fat so glad I didn’t get a burrito or taco. Non eatable although the chicken is still my favorite and shredded beef good but to juicy it eats though the flour and corn tortillas.

I absolutely love this chipotle. They are always super friendly and the food is always so fresh even if you come in and there is Noone there! I’ve been to a few different chipotles in better areas of town and this one is the absolute best I’ve ever been to.

Went here yesterday for my husband and I for lunch. The service was fast and the employees were polite. BUT the food had my husband and I nauseous, vomiting and sick for the rest of the day. I will never eat here again! This food is a too little expensive to be making people sick. I wish I could find my receipt to get my money back. 20 dollars down the drain and toilet.

What can I say I love chipotle. It gives me life. Haven’t had any issues coming here. The food is fresh, the service is fast, and the price is right. The choices of taco, burrito, or bowl and your choice of meat or even without meat are great.
The only thing I don’t like is the area or that shopping center. Normally I’m in and out, but the area inside is big enough to have multiple people eating in.

If you order online, you’re given a time to come in and pick up your order. 15 – 30 min wait? That’s perfectly fine — except when you arrive and they’re standing around asking whose job it was to check the online orders! This occurred more than once at the same location. And yes, they will sit around and argue about whose job it was before they get moving.
They are stingy with the protein and very generous with the rice. We ordered extra meat for an extra fee and still ending up with a white rice burrito with about two tablespoons of meat… Seriously. And that’s after waiting an additional 30 min for them to make the food because they were bickering about whose job it was to do so.
I hadn’t realized how ridiculous they were being with the portions of protein that they were serving until I tried a burrito bowl at a different location. At the Nellis location, I ordered a burrito bowl with no rice and extra meat. It barely created a mound big enough to rise above the sides of the plate. I ordered a burrito bowl at the location near town square mall and I couldn’t finish it in one sitting. The Nellis location is fairly new and it already needs an overhaul.

Chipotle is my life! Haha! They are extremely great at this place! The customer service from the moment you walk in the door is on point! I don’t live in this side of town but will be training in the area over the next several weeks! I decided to hop on Unilocal and look for some food in the area! Low and behold chipotle comes up! Yummmmm! So I always get the bowls and depending on the location from my experience. You may or may not get a decent portion of whatever meat you choose! Personally the Baracoa is my favorite but so is the chicken! I came here on two separate occasions and the chicken was probably the best! They were super cheap on the barbacoa so I had to ask for more! Other than that they were very clean and delicious! My experience shall keep me coming back while I’m in the area training!

Watching someone break proper food safety practices right in front of you is utterly ridiculous!
As I was making my way to the front of the line, I noticed the lobby was fairly empty and the line to order food was not big. There were 2 servers helping patrons build their burritos or bowls. There was a third individual who was handling some chemicals right by the bathroom area. One of the ladies serving food asked the lady cleaning by the bathroom to please get some lettuce, nothing wrong with that right?! Except that rather than wash her hands, she walked straight into the walk in refrigerator to get a large hotel pan full of lettuce and then proceeds to leave it right next to the stove instead of placing it in the temperature controlled food area. All the while she has been rubbing her nose and starts to handle money. Apparently it then dons on her that maybe she should wear gloves. She grabs a pair from the box, attempts to put them on and after handling them and NOT putting them on she puts them back in the box and continues to work! Let me just contaminate the rest of my work area!
Suffice to say I’m never coming here.

This is by far the worst chipotle i have ever been too. Terrible customer service. Terrible workers. They didnt even know how to wrap the burrito. It was terrible never coming here again!

Chipotle is very convenient for when you’re in need for a quick fix. Most of the staff are very friendly and quick to get you fed! I love every item on the menu! Definitely the sofritas!

I love chipotle! But not this location. I get a vegetarian salad every time. Typically when you get no meat they give you extra rice and beans. At this location I got the bottom of the barrel half a scoop of each. Seriously just because I’m a vegetarian doesn’t mean I’m not hungry ! Next, I ordered my boyfriend a burrito they were out of brown rice and steak and were going to have me wait? Isn’t the point of chipotle getting your food in a timely manner? So annoying. If you know it’s dinner time don’t you think you would be prepared. But it wasn’t even busy. Wonder why?

I’m giving this location 3 stars because it has the excellent Chipotle food I love, but they make the chicken too spicy for my kids to eat. I’ve ordered the kids meal taco kit several times here and every time the chicken is a little on the spicy side (which I actually love), but it’s way too spicy for my 2 year old so we always have to go to a farther, less convenient location

Seriously… everyone loves Chipotle. I don’t even have to write this review. That’s how much everyone loves it. it’s fast, moderately priced, you can get exactly what you want, fresh ingredients and it actually tastes good. Definitely great if you are looking for a quick & fresh meal!

Para ser arroz y frijoles, esta muy caro. No es mi gusto en comida. Pueda que a otros les guste, en lo personal a mi no!!!
