They were able to get me right in. My technician understood what I wanted and did a beautiful job.

Sadly another bad nail salon. Bad customer service and long wait. I’ve been sitting in the chair waiting to be serviced for the last 30 mins… I will not be back.

Horrible service and the worse costumer service. Because of the product after an over charge and the nail polish turned yellow after a week and i comforted her about it. She winded because i had said something about it. The over charged payment i was going to let go because it, was only 5 dollars. But i decided not to let it go and dispute it with my bank, thank goodness I put it on my card. I noticed 2xs did they also have customers pay in advance for service. And i also noticed they ONLY did this with women of color. SHAME on Celopatria Nails for their racest ways, over charging and the worse products on hand. I will do my best to get the word out.

I am very satisfied with the work that I get from Anna and now her husband Adam. Whatever I ask for they give me and they are not expensive. I won’t go anywhere else. Even if I move to the other side of town.

My to go place Everytime I need my nails done I come here .they do a very good job with my nails I have no problems or complaints and Everytime they give me a design I love.

Worst place I’ve ever been too!!! I should have left after I told her the water for my pedicure was way too HOT 3 times!!!

Usually the do a pretty good job, but they are rough, they don’t listen and service is based and judged on how much money you are or they think you are going to spend. The recently started passing off customers as if they were footballs, one will start your nails then the pass off so they can start another customer. By doing this the wait to finish becomes longer and longer.

I went to get my acrylic nail taken off because I wanted my natural nail to breath, and they did HORRIBLE!!! They did bad last time but I gave them another chance and I’m so angry with the job they did. I understand acrylic damages the natural nail but they didn’t even buff it, even it out, nothing! The paint looks so caked on! It looks disgusting… I took the polish off myself when I got home because of how bad it looked. Very embarrassing Cleopatra nails!

Most of the reviews are pretty accurate. This place is rough. They took off too much dead skin around my nail, leaving my nail bed kind of painful. This place is getting old and dirty from what I use to remember. They did rush my pedicure, but she knew what she was doing. My paint job was even. I only wish I could paint half as good and fast as her. I wouldn’t have to pay for it. By the way, you get what you pay for. $ 20 pedicure.

Wondered if they had improved since my last visit over 2 years ago. If anything, they’ve gotten worse! STAY AWAY! Very painful wound to my nail bed, agonizing filing «technique», lowest quality liquid, powder and primer, arrogant, rude and unskilled techs. Even the other customers were loud and trashy. If this were the last nail salon on earth, I’d quit wearing nails. NEVER again!

I dont know what happen to this place. I went recently to get a pink in white full set. the lady that sits at the very first desk. messed my nails up. took her like 2 hrs to do them and when she was finished they were crooked, the white was dark on the sides from her shaving down to far. my nails was white around the cubicles and the gel I paid 5 dollars extra for was peeling off. Ive had gel on my nails before and whatever they used is not GEL. CLEARLY SHE DID NOT NO HOW TO DO PINK AND WHITE NAILS. THIS WAS MY LAST TIME HERE. I WAS SOOOO MAD AT HERE AND SHE WAS GETTING UPSET THAT I TOLD HER THAT SHE DID A BAD JOB ON MY NAILS SHE TRIED TO FIX BUT THIS WAS BEYOND FIXING.

I decided to get gel on my toes. One lady told me a price and when I went to check out it costed $ 50 just for my toes. Imagine if I had time to get my fingers nail done. What a rip off.

They are now owned by different people and I go there all the time. My acrylics always look great and they never lift.

Horrible experience !! I got my nails done there yesterday and last night my hands swelled up and was itching so bad I had to rip my nails off at 4am in the morning, I went to the nail shop today to get a refund and show them my red swollen nail beds and the lady refused to refund me my money back. Very rude they use cheap stuff there salon is not clean, don’t ever go there, I only went because I needed a fill really bad and they were where I was near. Very poor place !! Bad customer service

I score them Very POOR!!! I went to get my nails done, My nail tech was Don… Although he was nice, he is not skilled on doing nails. I kept having to have him fix the nails and still was poorly done when I left. The next day on Thursday a nail broke, 2 were cracked by the tip due to him shaving all of the acrylic off, and 3 were lifting. The design tech was rude, did not care if you were satisfied with her work. When I went back to have nails corrected they wanted to charge me to fix them, then wanted me to have the same tech who could not do nails correct the 1^st time attempt to fix. I said no. It exploded in a huge argument. She did not want to fix the nails for free, Mind you this was Friday and I had gotten my nails done on Weds. She told me she did not like me after I was upset by the lack of services rendered after paying for the 1^st poor service and being charged before services were totally rendered and a $ 1.00 to run my card and not telling me until after.

Never again worst service ever! I got a pedicure water wasn’t hot, and the man who did my pedi was very rude. He cut me didn’t even apologize he continued being rough. I went to have a relaxing day and left that place in a horrible mood. That place is worthless. Never will spend a dime there again.

Dirty!

Wow, crappiest spa pedicure of my life! I actually just wanted a regular pedi, but they didn’t give you an option. Spa pedicure… or nothin. And you’d swear there was a long line of people behind me by the speed they were going. I didn’t even have a chance to enjoy the chair massage or warm water by the time they finished… lightning speed! And the lady was not gentle at all. At one point, she poked me so hard I yanked my foot back in pain! And she didn’t even say sorry, she just sort of looked at me with this blank look on her face. She didn’t use a base coat and then when she smudged one of my nails, she did a crappy job of repainting it. AND, there were bugs flying around! Ughh, no more half ass salons! I knew I should have gotten it done when I was at the spa on the strip the day earlier! Lesson learned!
