Cloud 9 Hookah Lounge

The reason why I have been going to Cloud 9 for years is because of the high quality hookah consistently being served here. The owner, T, always creates a different flavor for me every time I visit. It is this type of personalized service that I appreciate and it is also what gives Cloud 9 its competitive edge. One of the many reasons why Cloud 9 shines in the hookah business in Las Vegas is because of their attention to service. The staff is friendly and observant. This is a place that one can go to relax, enjoy music, confident that their money is well spent on high quality hookah. Most importantly, you will always feel welcome here.

I had a bad review here but I am there right now and the waiter named (elijah) and he makes the best hookah eveeeer that was the besttttt I love thissss place is the besttttt

They have the best hookah in town. Justin & Tarik are super friendly. I can’t stop visiting them over and over. Try their double apple flavor :)

Came on a Monday ,
Hookah was harsh. Had to keep asking someone to come fit it. They seemed bothered everytime we asked. They weren’t very welcoming. Won’t come here again.

Love this place!!! Gets busy on weekends around 11 PM! That’s when the music starts and the DJ plays great music! Great place for girls nights out! Highly recommend

Meh, your normal hookah place. We went early so it was croweded. Basically the hookah guy and us. It would be better if they had a liquor license.

Place was fantastic, music a little loud at night but the hookahs smoke well and are well maintained during your visit. They tend to a younger crowd 18 – 24 ish but they don’t serve liquor so that’s expected

Cloud 9 is an alright place, it’s a good environment and all but they need to work on the customer service. You practically have to beg them to come fix your hookah. If you want new coals you have to order a new bowl.

That place is amazing. i used to visit it last month its totaly great. Staff friendly and services above perfect

Stopped in after a long day of work in this Vegas hookah lounge I heard so much about their house mixes, I’m smoking the booty sweat with a little bit of mint and it’s bombbb! Cool ambiance chill music I’m a happy camper. Highly recommend this place!

Hookah is good but a over priced
it’s a little depressing because it’s empty.
The table needed to be cleaned, it was covered in ash… almost as dirty as the seats…
It would’ve been excused had there been good service but I made efforts to be kind and the server didn’t even respond, which should’ve been his efforts in the first place. He’s the one working.

This place is great for the younger crowd. The DJ was playing old school hip hop and current. Hookah was good there is a good flavor named ‘booty sweat’ haha its a fruity mint. Overall, I had a good time but definitely for the younger crowd.

Chill spot. No liquor. They play some amazing old school music earlier in the evening and trendy new music as the night gets late. The crowd is 18+ so if you want a decent hookah joint with a young crowd, it’s your spot. Just found out they are also opening up a café next door. Owner ‘T’ promised me I’m in for some amazing coffee and pastries soon!

My friends and I wanted to go to a hookah lounge since we had never been so we decided to give this place a shot. Walking in my first observation was that it was unpretentious with stripped walls and red leather sofas.
My friend who is a little hard to please was not impressed. We sat down and the server was kind and knowledgeable enough to suggest a nice fruity shisha to us. They played hip hop which reminded me of my freshman days in the dorms (not a bad thing), they only offer soft drinks and water (–_​-​). Once we were done smoking we went to the register to pay (were they supposed to bring us the check??) and after chatting with the server he told us Cloud 9 was catered more to the 18+ crowd since there are not many places for the youngins.
If my memory serves me right, we paid about $ 18 for one bowl. Not bad experience just a little underwhelmed.

If you want to relax and enjoy your hookah… probably not the best place to go. However, if you want to be a part of a party while taking hookah breaks, this is your spot! I’ve only been here on a Friday and Saturday night… so maybe I will have to update my review after returning to Cloud 9 on a weekday.
Even though Cloud 9 was pretty busy both evenings, once we made it inside we never experienced issues with the staff and getting our hookah. The staff was always nice and they always got our hookah out to us in a timely manner. Furthermore, I could always spot someone available to assist me if I needed help — like a coal change.
My reasoning for 4 stars instead of 5 is that one of the nights we had to wait outside for (what I felt was) an unreasonable amount of time… we saw folks in large groups going in and out all the while we stood outside… two of us… waiting. It was kind of a chilly night, so that wasn’t appreciated. Also, the rowdy folks… I know it’s a hookah joint and we were probably the oldest people in there. but come on, there’s a perfectly good dance floor but you choose to jump on the couch? Again, I’m aware that by mixing 18 year olds, dance music and club lights you are brewing up something rowdy… but it’d be nice to see some class. It’s not bad enough for me to say that I’ll never return though!

Other than «T» (Employee) and Orian (Employee) the rest of the staff are rude and terrible workers. They pack bowls of hookah and ignore customers the rest of the night. I recommend they either fire or retrain the rest of the workers. This hookah lounge also doesn’t accept the second amendment and nor do they allow outside beverages. My review of the lounge has changed since this experience.
