Custom Closet Systems

We used Custom Closets for three bedrooms closets, laundry room and additional cabinets in our bathroom. Alfredo was our sales rep and we were incredibly impressed and pleased with the service and professionalism of his company. The drawings he sent over via email were great. When his brother (also owner of company) came to install, the whole crew was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond! The quality of their work, the product, their trustworthiness, their follow up… everything was top notch. I always prefer to use small family owned businesses and working directly with the owners. I could not say one negative thing about our experience!

Just like you I first went on Unilocal to look for a company to install custom closets. It was between Custom Closet Systems, California Closets and Container Store. I choose Custom Closet Systems because we loved working and planning with Alfredo. Products were the style I was looking for, and price was not out of the water. The other companies were too commercialized for me, California Closet’s quote took a lot of time and it was too expensive, Container Store was also expensive and I wanted a wood like look instead of wire metal racks. Take it from me, save some of your time and trust the Unilocal reviews. Alfredo made a design before we came into the office, and I loved it already. We spoke over the phone and email for any changes, and when planning the installation and measurement date. He was very quick to respond to my emails or phone calls, he always followed up in a professional manner and basically kept the communication open. I knew we were in good hands. On the measurement visit and installation day, they were on time, were professional and had all the tools needed. Installation took only about 2 hours, and they cleaned up after themselves very nicely. It was hassle and stress free on my end. Alessandro and an employee, Alfredo, did a great job! My boyfriend was very pleased that they even had their own shoe covers, or booties, so that our carpet did not get dirty. We would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend their company to friends. Locally owned and operated. Quality of work and the craftsmanship of material is impeccable. I cannot recommend this company enough. My only gripe is that they do not do any work other than closets. Alfredo is awesome and never felt any pressure from him. The installation crew is excellent in what they do and left the work area spotless.

I’m very pleased with the work they did and their professionalism. All three closets were done in less than a day and they patched and painted up the holes left by the old closets. Glad we chose this company for our custom closets. This was a wonderful, family owned business to work with. They guarantee their work… offered to let them know if something small was needed once we put the closet back together. If you have touch up paint they even paint around where they installed. They wore booties over their shoes in the house… I am shocked at the company’s who think it’s okay to prance through your house with dirty shoes. The quality of their materials seems durable. Everything throughout the entire process was seamless. I would highly recommend this company for your closet needs.
