Dembois Landscape

Only use these guys if you like paying for service you do not get. They were to inspect our sprinkler system each month. Instead, I ended up getting a notice from the Water District that my sprinklers were doing more to spray the sidewalk rather than my lawn. Turns out they were not doing the regular inspections and ended up arguing with me over the issues. My wife and I are thankfully done with Dembois.

BEWARE — STAY AWAY FROM THESE FLAKES
This was the worst experience ever! These people try to make you buy way more materials than needed so they can sell part of your order to the next guy. I made an appointment for someone to come out and look at the job. They showed up an hour late, which was very irritating. After going back & forth multiple times adjusting and revising our estimate, they requested a 50% deposit ($ 250) up front, which we paid and also signed the contract. We made an appointment weeks in advance, which they confirmed more than once. Then less than an hour before they were supposed to be there to do the work, they cancelled! They didn’t even have a valid reason for cancelling the job, even though they had our money and we had a signed contract. This is the most amateur bunch of irresponsible flakes you will ever come into contact with. BE WARNED — DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR — GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

We’ve been using this company for the past couple years and they’ve always done a great job. They’re easy to communicate with and always fulfill our requests.
