Had my regular check up & cleaning. Staff and dental assistant was friendly. Randy Jackson(dental assistant) was informative on preventive teeth grinding. He suggested to get a mouth guard at a regular pharmacy for a less expensive mouth guard. The wait was a little longer than usually, but he was aware of it and did apologize for the wait. I guess it was a busy day & there’s only one dentist at that time.

Not sure if the place is stilled called Dentalville because all the signs said«Silver State Smiles.» I came here because I’m new to this side of town and it was time for a cleaning. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment to fill out the paperwork and I didn’t leave until 2 hours later.- TWO hours! Good lord. X-rays and a simple teeth cleaning should NOT take that long. The waiting room was empty when I arrived and again when I left. The staff was friendly. But I just didn’t get that super warm fuzzy feeling I got at my old dentist. I’ve been going to the dentist for 35 years and the device that they used here to hold the X-ray pieces were so heavy and weird looking. I asked why they used such a contraption, she said it was to make the X-rays easier for the technicians. This thing was ridiculous for me to clamp down on and attempt to hold still during the procedure. The time it took for the entire visit here, I could have driven to the south side of town to see my old dentist, which I’m going to do from now on.

Dirty! Smelled! They somehow lost our appointment and that was the last red flag to get the hell out! Will never go back! You can tell a lot about a place by how clean the bathroom is. As soon as we got there my son had to use the restroom, we ended up going next door to use the restroom at the sushi restaurant because their restroom was FILTHY! When we came back they said they lost our appointment. Blessing in disguise!

Ohhh I am one unhappy mother right now!!! I took my son to this location today to get 2 teeth pulled so he can get his braces. Heres what went down. We arrived at 9:30 for his 10:00 appointment. The waiting room was so cold, you could hang meat in there. He wasnt called back until 11:00. The nurse told me she would do his Xrays and come back to get me. Ok cool, do your thing. 11:45 they FINALLY call me back to which Jake informs me that the nurse was rude and aggressive towards him and they moved him into 4 different rooms. NOTHAPPY!!! 12:10 Dentist comes in, checks his teeth and informs me he has a cavity«but I dont thinkbi can fill it.» Um… what?!? YOUARE A DENTIST, ITSYOURJOB!!! I tell the Dr Im only here to get the teeth pulled and we can get the cavity taken care of later and he looks at me like I’m stupid. He had no idea why we were there. Do you not check charts before seeing patients? 12:15 I start making phone calls to other dentists explaining rather loudly whats going on and that we need to have him seen ASAP. 12:45 I approach a nurse and explain to her that we are leaving, that I’m pissed off and that this dentist is a joke. 12:50 Rosie comes to see me and was a complete bitch to me about me being upset over the situation and how my son was treated. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! We shall try again at 4:00 with another office.

My children have been coming here since 2007. I have not had any complaints from my kids. As a matter of fact in 2009 there was a closer dental office to my home that we tried out and my kids were not happy campers, they verbally told me to bring them back to DENTALVILLE. I live far from Dentalville but the drive is worth it. The receptionist is pleasant, and the dental staff is gentle on the mouth. They also give a reminder call for your eligibility, and appt confirmations. With my busy life it is a great help. The doctor always explains the procedures and doesnt rush through it. The facility is clean, and well presented. My kids love this place, not to mention the video games to play while you wait. Thanks Dentalville for all your caring staff.
