Desert Buddha

Massive selection of traditional Asian furniture, love the carved dragons at the door! Variety of décor items and larger furniture like tables/​chairs, trunks, and cabinets. Prices are kind of all over the place, generally pretty high but good sale prices on select pieces. Street parking available right in front of the store.

We were pleasantly surprised by this store! I was expecting mostly Chinese antiques but there are items from all over Asia. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable and is willing to work with you on price, esp if you buy more than one item.
The store is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. I had to do about three rounds to see everything and each time you see something you missed the last time. There are true antiques like heavy (HEAVY!) bronze statues to vintage items, and new mass produced nick knack, and they are priced accordingly.
They are right on the Main St antique «strip» and are easy to find, right next door to Medusa’s Antiques, which is another new fave of mine. Though the two stores have different opening times, so sometimes both will not be open when you go.
You can easily score free two hour parking on the side street or right in front of the shop. If you go a little further down you have to pay.
