Diagnostic Imaging Southern Nevada

Took my husband here for an MRI of his knee. The office is dirty and run down. The front office and billing staff are disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. If you have good insurance and can afford not come to this ghetto place… Do yourself a favor and find a better place. On another note, the MRI Tech was very understanding and professional. Zero stars.

Beyond disappointed and wish I could give negative stars. Had a referral to go here over a month ago and no one called me. I called 2 weeks later and said they were waiting on approval from my insurance still. You couldn’t have called to tell me? A whole 2 weeks later, I get a voicemail from a lady asking to set up my appointment. I call back… They don’t know what I’m talking about because insurance still hasn’t approved. They will call me back when they figure out what’s going on, who called me, etc. No call for another 2 weeks. I set up my appointment, need to get a babysitter after work to be here. Drive 45 min to get here and check in at the front desk. They said they’d be with me shortly. Then 5 minutes go by and they call me up and say «So the tech is running 2 hours behind, do you want to come back?» Not only should they have told me before I even got here, but no, I can’t come back because it’s the holiday season and I have a Christmas party in 2 hours. They need me to reschedule. 2 hours and they just found out!!! Not likely. If they had said they were so sorry no one called me or they had an oversight, maybe not as bad, but the fact they were acting line they just found out is ridiculous. I asked if I could go to another office and they said insurance has to approve. I’m calling my insurance because this office is beyond disorganized and to be honest, disrespectful of my time. Like I said, wish I could give negative stars.

I would give 0 stars if I could… Been here over an hour. Still waiting. Moved to 3 different waiting rooms. When we went up front to see how much longer, all front desk staff has left for the day! Now what?

Had an 11am appointment, showed up 15 min early to get the paperwork done at 11… And I sit and wait for an hour. Why do they think it’s okay to make an appointment, yet have you wait an hour? Complete joke

First of all, when I called to make an appointment, I got transferred to 3 different people and ended up getting hung up on by the appointment rep. When I called back, the rep tells me I hung up. Ummmm, no… you hung up on me when you put me on hold.
Since I am a Breast Cancer Survivor, I am very well aware of the procedure for a mammo, and I have to say, the tech I had was very disappointing and not thorough at all! The Mammogram tech was very rushed, and didn’t really say much to me at all. She didn’t introduce herself, she never even looked me in the face when she talked to me. She didnt ask about my medical history, therefore knew nothing about me, or why I was having the test done! I didnt understand one of her requests, and she actually threw her hands up, huffed at me, and then very rudely said what she wanted, talking to me like I was a child. I found it very unprofessional and insensitive. Then after walking out of the room to check films, she returned and said I needed to do one more film. Ok, I got up & walked to machine. She positioned my arm on the machine, but when she brought the machine down, it was crushing my shoulder so I told her. She got mad and huffed at me again, then positioned my body again and took one last film. After she took the films to check them, she told me «get dressed» and walked outta the room. A few mins later, she returned told me I should have results in 3 – 5 days, said «follow me» and pointed me to the exit. That was it. No other words were said.
Anyone who has ever had a Mammogram, knows they are a scary test! The tech could’ve had a better attitude and shown some compassion and sensitivity! I walked out of there in tears. I have never had such a bad experience with mammograms!
The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because they gave me a next day Appointment and offer discounted fees for people who don’t have insurance. Needless to say, after my insurance kicks in, I will not being going to this place ever again!

Short wait. Television available in news or sport channel. Bring reading material or tablet to pass the time. Mammography technicians were good. Office personnel really nice but a little disorganized. They really try to accommodate patients in.
