I went into Dottys 840 n Decatur suite D. I wasn’t playing I just wanted to get cigarettes and I gave the lady a 50 dollar bill she said that she had to put it in the machine. I explained to her if they get stuck I don’t have time to wait as she walked away she said something and then proceeded to tell me that she was doing me a favor. When I ask for my money back because of her attitude, and the way she spoke to me, she went behind the counter called the police on me and said I was being irate, she also refused to give me my money back as she walked past me and stepped on my foot and you calling me irate. I also interned call the police and told them that she refused to give me my money back and I stood by the front door as she was behind the counter screaming at me come and get your f’ing money and get out of my store. This woman is the worst person I have ever met in my life when I asked to speak to the manager she claims that she was the manager she was so rude and so disrespectful you don’t have to ever ever ever worry about me going back into that store again I did not catch your name but she’s older lady Caucasian with stringy bad white blonde hair glasses in a horrible attitude even the other customers and their complained about her saying that they been there 2 hours and she refused to give them a drink and they play there all the time. When my 24 year old daughter came in with my mother, this horrible woman started screaming from behind the counter, I need ID from everyone that walked through the door. Mind you I am African American and so is the rest of my family that was with me today and my mother told her she is 65 years old she told her I don’t care how old you are lady give me your ID or get out of my store this woman was so horrible I don’t even understand how she is keeping a job up there. There were two other guys that were in there they were Caucasian they told me that she never asked for their ID nor did she give them a drink the same two guys that have been there 2 hours prior to my incident this is the worst place I have ever been I will never ever step foot back in that store again that woman needs to be fired she needs to be reprimanded she don’t need to be working in customer service. As she was calling the police on me telling them I was irate she was the one that was screaming from behind the counter but any other Caucasian that walk through that door she did not card so now she makes me feel like she’s racist so she screaming at me screaming at my family she is the worst woman I have ever met she needs to be fired. Then when I asked her for her district managers number she told me she wasn’t giving me s*** and get out of her store. I couldn’t wait for the police to finally get there. I will be proceeding forward with this complaint and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will be talking to several district managers about how to get that woman out of that store she is the worst.
