We recently purchased a 1989 Sea Ray 300 through Dry Dock Boat Sales. The sales rep Dale Bagovich was great to work with. In the end we feel he provided honesty, integrity and respect when handling the sale and purchase. After the sale was agreed and completed, we had an issue with the mechanics of an item on the boat. Dry Docs Repair, agreed to look at it as it was an item that was involved in the sales contract. They came out and took the necessary steps to get the mechanics working properly at no charge. The business as a whole reflects honesty and integrity earning the trust of their clients and prospective clients. When needed, we look forward to them providing any necessary services in the future. I recently purchased a boat through Dale and I will be the first to tell you that I am a terrible customer. I actually warned Dale that I was going to be a pain in the butt as I am very detail oriented and was looking for a great deal.
Dale must have showed me close to 10 boats and even reshowed them to my wife if she wasn’t with me when I saw them the first time. He never lost his smile or his great attitude through this whole process.
We made three offers on three different boats and was finally able to close a deal on the third.
In today’s day and age, many commission based salesman are looking for the quick score and don’t want to spend the time necessary to close a deal that may require a little more effort. That’s not the case with Dale.
It’s wasn’t just the sales that was phenomenal, the business office was also great. I sent my wife down to handle all the paperwork and it was a quick and painless process. She told me everyone was very pleasant and great to deal with.
Finally, from a service perspective, I had a small leak in my cockpit sink when I got the boat. Dale got the service department involved and they had it fixed the next day.
From all aspects, I only had a positive experience with Dry Dock Boat Sales and would recommend them highly if you are looking to purchase a new or used boat.

I contacted Sheila and Candace about buying a new 2015 Lund boat and selling my 2012 Bass Tracker Pro on consignment. After deciding on a 2015 Lund 1750 Rebel XS, they were able to find one with all of my wish list items. A small snafu occurred and Candace provided excellent customer service and I am extremely happy with my boat. Will in service also was very helpful and made sure that I had a good working knowledge of my new boat. They did a great job in the sale of my previous boat and got me a very fair price. We came down to the harbor on the later side on a Friday, right at closing time. Coby was great! He saved our weekend. Our prop wouldn’t go down and he stayed late to help trouble shoot until we were able to get it in the water. Great customer service.
