I’ve been treating myself to a coffee after my close/open shifts at work. This time I was running late to work and chose Dunkin. I asked for light cream and my coffee still had loads of cream. I would’ve asked to fix it but I was late to work. Friendly service and good wraps though.

Horrid stale donuts completely lackluster service. No smile no sense of urgency no customer service. The young man who took my order was completely marking time. He couldn’t have cared less about his job just making it to quitting time. From the reviews this location has tremendously hit or miss service and quality control. Where is the store managers response? Wandered in here because I had business elsewhere close by. Won’t be back for sure.

Do these other reviewers know how a bakery works??? Lol. Here’s how it works: the bakers go in morning and make a set number of bagels & donuts. The bakery then sells the donuts. Once the donuts are gone for the day, they’re gone. It’s not like they can go in the back and heat up a frozen donut. If you’re sad that your favorite donut flavor is gone, just know that it means they sold out bc those flavors were popular for whatever reason, not that they hate you or that they’re a bad bakery. So, there you have it. The later in the day you go, the less likely you’ll receive the donut of your desire. I gave this place 4 stars because we had a very long wait time and there was only one car in front of us. When we got to the window, we learned the computer was down, which is why it took so long. They were nice enough to not charge us for the donuts.

Bought doughnuts, two breakfast sandwiches and a coffee. Coffee order was messed up but overall the food was fine. However, the«Shift Lead», Wendy, had the personality of a dead cobra(No disrespect… to the cobra). I asked a couple of questions and you would’ve thought I asked her to give up her first born. Attitude, attitude, attitude. I spent over 30 dollars and not even a thank you, have a nice day, a smile, nothing! This woman really hates her job. Horrible service!

As soon as I walked in the door and got to the counter I was asked what I wanted very rushed like. I said donuts and the shift lead Wendy still in a hurry seemed that I was bothering her by trying to figure out what type of donuts I wanted. Then the manager Dina did the same thing with the only other person in the store that was behind me. As soon as I got my order they both went out for a smoke. I got my donuts, the first one was stale at 7:00 in the morning. The second one a maple bar was fresh but looked like a kid made it.

Wanted doughnuts so bad… This location closes at 9, just tried to get doughnuts at 818pm. Drive thru… Every doughnut we tried to order their out of. Why the hell be open until 9 if you have nothing?! 1⁄23 tried again. No donuts again. 4⁄20NODONUTSINTHEAFTERNOON again!!!

Horrible! Save yourself. Go to Starbucks across the street. The staff argues between themselves in front of customers, staff doesnt know what they are doing, staff point blame at each other, staff unorganized and staff are not trained to make coffee! Phew, that was exhausting. Lol Bottom line, dont go here. I gave them 5 different chances for me to change my mind about this place and I still stand strong about never coming here again.

I am a very very disappointed family and I love there donuts and breakfast sandwiches. They even have seasonal donuts which make it fun and there tasty. However the last few times we’ve been there the coffee was burnt and my donuts were put together in the bag that when I got home the frosting was stuck together or stuck to the bag which took all the frosting off the donut. The customer service there is very poor especially thru the drive thru, There pushy n rude. I won’t be back!!!

Every time I go to this location they never have glazed donuts or chocolate glazed donuts, the two most popular on their menu. They tell me that it will be an hour wait if I want to come back! I’m sick of this place never having a decent stock of their main donuts. Today was the third time in less than two weeks that this is happened they are very ill prepared disorganized and under poor management obviously.

THEYSUCK! seriously they never can get your order right make sure you check it before you drive off. This has happened time and time again. Fir example I would request no bacon and sure enough they ALWAYS put the bacon even on days where they are not busy so there’s no excuse other than just plain not caring.

The doughnuts are always fresh and tasty. I can’t say the same for the rest of their offerings. I once ordered a Chai and watched as the lady at the drive thru window opened an envelope and poured the powder in a cup and mixed it before handing it over. The price of the coffee drinks aren’t worth it in my opinion. Perhaps if you were buying plain coffee it might be. The sandwiches and hash browns are downright awful. I’ve ordered on 2 occasions and both times the has browns were mushy instead of crispy and once they were still partly frozen. The sandwiches are always cold and void of discernable flavor. I’m guessing they’re microwaved frozen like the hasbrowns. Stick to buying donuts here and you’ll be happy.

This place is not very good. The doughnuts are overpriced and always taste old. Last time I went they were out of every doughnut my wife and I eat. I had to repeat my order multiple times, but it is almost always not right when I get home. This place does have good coffee though.

I am writing to express the poor service I continue to receive from the Dunkin Donuts Brand. I contacted the Dunkin Donuts customer service line on June 18, 2015. I had originally expressed how I was not acknowledge in the 6935 N. Durango Dr. Las Vegas, NV store for five to ten minutes. Customer Service wrote me back and thanked me for taking the time and letting me know that someone will be getting back with me. After, more than a week I wrote you back and stated no one had reached to me and how I felt thoroughly disappointed that I was not respected or treated as a valued customer. After that email on June 26, 2015 I wrote you back and stated that it should not have taken corporate to notify them again about notifying me. Customer service, you then asked me on the same day to let the field executive and individual franchise owner to request that they contact me directly. I wanted to inform you again that I have not been contacted by neither of them 9 days later. I feel that Dunkin Donuts Brand is rude, disrespectful and has offered me no real solution to my problem I experienced. I feel the reason it has not been addressed is due to my gender and my race. I have been continuously put to the side about the disparity of the treatment I received and no one from corporate has taken me seriously. So I thank you for not.

It appeared to be a lot bigger on the outside. Went in they have a few tables. I’ve been meaning to try this location since it was built. It’s got a small lobby, but a decent sized backroom for a kitchen. I was pretty shocked. The Doug took my order. Whom ever made our coffees used a sharpie to write on the cups. They even shouted out my order by number! Super nice change to get exceptional service on the first visit at a location. We have friends that live 5 minutes up the street. So we may be back for another coffee run.

I didn’t know about this location until my bike riding partner and I stopped in for a bite. It looks relatively new on the exterior and even has a bike rack to which one can lock one’s bike. Our apple fritter and pumpkin spice muffin tasted the same as we remember from other locations: sweet, fruity, spicy, cakey. Service was standard, the place was clean, and there were plenty of doughnuts available. This DD wasn’t very busy at the time of my visit, but then again, it was late morning and way past the morning caffeine rush. Always good to know what to expect without unpleasant surprises!

The only reason I come to dunkin is for the coolattas. They are like a blend between a frapuccino and an iced coffee. They have different flavors such as mocha and caramel, and seasonal flavors like eggnog and pumpkin. You could get these flavors in any of their drinks, but I just love the coolattas. They are smooth, icy, and creamy. I also like the chocolate cake munchkins. They are little donut holes and they are perfect for eating on the go since you can just pop the whole thing in your mouth, so there’s no mess.

The weekend calls for some yummy donuts and tis’ the fall season for Pumpkin spice donuts my all time favorite flavor. Service very friendly, we came in the afternoon and and got a dozen donuts to-go including of course pumpkin pie flavor. We got a nice discount too which is always a nice bonus! Brand new building and very clean on our visit.
