Dunkin’ Donuts

This is the best DD I’ve found in Vegas, and luckily it’s just down the street from my office! I’ve been here three times so far and they’ve been very nice and also haven’t gotten my order wrong. The iced tea is good and the food is fresh. The glazed donuts at this location are superior to any I’ve had before. It may be it’s just been a long time since I’ve had a donut but whatever it is, it was well worth the calories!
If you’ve never been to a DD this would make for a great first time. If you’ve had DD before and know what you like you won’t regret going to this location.

It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. They have the usual donuts and coffee you’ll find at any other location. I was impressed with the speediness of the drive-​thru as I had a large order of donuts for the office. And the prices are reasonable.

I love this Dunkin Doughnuts location! The staff is amazing and the doughnuts are so good and fresh always! I love how they make my tea perfectly every time!!! Extra sugar!

Always problems here. I try to keep giving them a shot, but I end up sad. Boo. Donuts themselves are fine, but management and day to day running issues

This has to be the worst DD! I love dunkin donuts and have been to many both here in Vegas and other states but this one just can’t get it right! They either get the order wrong, make you wait forever for your order or stand in the back and don’t even take your order. I have been to this one a few times and not a single time was a good experience! I now go to one farther from my house just to avoid going here!

I went this morning to this location and let me just said the service is bad in here. No good morning to not even a thank you my bagel was cold and I said easy cream cheese and what they do put A LOT OF CREAM CHEESE coffee was disgusting too. I rather drive to the one way in Las Vegas blv. For next time.

I came in on a Saturday morning at approx 1030am and the countertop facing the window was already full of crumbs, there were crumbs on the seat of my chair (at a table) and crumbs all along the floor underneath the countertop. The employees were really busy filling orders (6 staffed behind the counter), but just as much (regular) attention was needed in the seating/​dining area. The staff members were all nice and my order was correct, it was just kind of off-​putting eating the order, while looking around at the dingy seating/​dining area. When customers leave, staff should do a once over to see if there are spills or crumbs. Im sure as a nationally franchised chain, there are policies for that.

Really really really slow service every single time I go. I usually go from 6am-​7am and had to leave on multiple occasions before even ordering because it takes so long. Today I got what was supposed to be a hot coffee, but it was like warm. First time that has ever happened to me. Very dissappointed with this location and will not be going back. Try to avoid if possible!

Great location I went in an was helped quickly and efficiently I believe I was helped by a girl named Haley an she was very nice polite an helpful in helping me choose the right drink. I always get the same thing an wanted to try something new thanks!

I love Dunkin Donuts. They have the BEST donuts. However, come on Dunkin Donuts! Drinking 3 sips of one of those coffee shake things giving me a gnarly tummy ache for 2 days straight. That’s a little too many chemicals or sugar. CHILL on that. Maybe just stick to donuts bc that was crazy lol… yikes

Just left this place and am currently writing this review in my car. A young man named Ryan helped me out. He was quick and very nice. The donuts were also good! (As Iam currently eating them in the car) good experience for my first time

I have had donuts from Dunkin Donuts several times in the past, but this was the first time we stopped in at this location. There’s really nothing «wrong» with this location, but during our visit the staff seemed very slow and unfriendly. Not rude. Just kinda like, whatever, we gotta be here.
We went with a half-​dozen donuts and also ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich of ham, egg, and cheese. The sandwich was ok. Not great, but ok. Our donuts of choice were, blueberry cake, maple glazed donut, cinnamon swirl, two chocolate cake and the seasonal pumpkin spice crumble.
The Blueberry cake donut was very tasty and full of tiny blueberries and blueberry flavor. But, it was very crumbly and the texture more like a dried out blueberry muffin. With every bite, bits & pieces fell away which made a bit of a mess.
The maple glazed donut has a great maple flavored glaze and color of the glaze is nice as well. But the donut itself was very bland. There standard dough definitely needs something. Salt? Sugar? Not sure. The one thing I do know for sure, is it’s not for me.
The cinnamon swirl is made with that same dough and is also quite bland. But due to the cinnamon glaze to dough ration it has a bit more flavor, which makes it more palatable.
The seasonal pumpkin cake donut was tasty and the spice flavors came thru. It was nice and cake like without being too dry at all. The icing was sweet and moist, yet firm enough to not make a mess.
The two chocolates, one with and one without chocolate glaze were the best donuts of the day. Full of rich chocolate flavor without being sugary sweet. These were also cake donuts and were moist and cakey as they should. Without the crumbly dry bits of the blueberry.
Obviously Dunkin Donuts as a corporation is very successful. But in my humble opinion it’s basically a fast food donut joint.

I am not really a fan of Dunkin Donuts. But this was the only close option for some coffee on the last leg of road trip from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. There is nothing wrong with the location. It was clean and the employees were kind. However, they were extremely slow. There was no one in line before us, but it still took awhile to get my iced coffee. The cashier might have been new because he seemed a little confused. The iced coffee is not my favorite. It’s not very strong — which I like really strong coffee. And it was also a little too bitter. The breakfast sandwich I got was not cooked very well. The egg whites were chunky and seemed to disintegrate in the sandwich. Not sure I will be back at a Dunkin Donuts any time soon.

Sometimes ease of access is a bad thing. I’ve lived near this location for a year. I come here for one stop shopping. I will come by once a month and ask myself why i hadn’t been in so long.
Then any number of problems remind me of why. Today i stopped by, I usually order an onion bagel sandwich, xl coffee with cream and sugar, and hash browns. Today i got my sandwich and as i drove away realized it was a garlic bagel. I love garlic, but this bagel is way gross. And to boot, it was scalding hot, yet the bread was hard as a board.

Previously, i have ordered the same order, received no hash browns. Or been given a small coffee, black.
The only reason I thought to come by today was because of free doughnut day, to which the employee informed me that at some point around noon, they had sold completely out of doughnuts.
…how do you not prepare for something like this?

Stay away from here.
First they are beyond slow. Ten to fifteen minute waits in the drive through.
They always get the order wrong.
Example 1 I order a bagel and cream cheese I’m given six munchkins.
Example two. I order an egg sandwich and I’m given a bagel and cream cheese.
I’ve been served iced tea that was fermented. Plus it was ordered lightly sweetened and it was unsweetened.
They are beyond incompetent.
Today after a fifteen minute wait I get to the window and am told they are out of what I ordered and would I like to wait for something else. Um no.
And last week the larger make cashier stuck his hands down the back of his sagging pants to pull them up and continued working. Disgusting.
I don’t care that this is the only place on my way to work it is not worth it. I will drive or of my way because the waits here make me late anyway.

Not bad food but 7 little hash brown nuggets with my breakfast your prices are to high for that! You will not get my money next time!

Fast and friendly through the drive thru. Nick was very friendly on my last visit. My coffee is always made the way I like it. I drink coffee at odd hours and no matter what time I come my coffee is always hot and fresh.

Great location! I love the French Crullers and the Croissant Donuts with an Iced Rocky Road Swirl Coffee or a Dunkachinno. (Spelt that wrong I think.) My early morning pick me up!

Great place to grab a quick morning fix. From California, you seldom see Dunkin Donuts, so when I saw this place I had to visit. Coffee was good but a little on the sweet side. I like my coffee dark!
Tip: they have a drive-​thru!
