Edible Arrangements

I order and receive edible arrangement often. This was my first order form this location. I ordered 12 chocolate strawberries. Normally that are huge and delicious. I was so disappointed when I went to go visit my mom after surgery and saw tinny. I mean one bite strawberries! I paid the normal price of 46.47. When I emailed the place with my concerns. This was the reply
I apologize for the size of the strawberries. Unfortunately the strawberries we have been receiving lately are smaller than usual due to the weather conditions in the area in which they are grown being poor. If you’d like, we can remake the box when we receive strawberries of better quality
Why was I told this once I complained? This should have been stated when I made the order! I would have ordered something else. Also if you don’t have the product you normally have it should be discounted at a lower price. I would have never ordered them if I know they were ridiculously small. I really want to do something special for my mom. She always gives me beautiful arrangements and I fell through on this one such a shame.

Worst Mother’s Day. Lots of excuses, but no delivery. Wasted all day waiting for a delivery that I was told would come, but nothing! When I called today the girl said that they had tried to deliver on Friday but no one was home. I told her I called yesterday, and she said there was nothing noted in the computer. She said that they should have left a note on the door when they couldn’t deliver. I told her that I received an email message and called first thing yesterday morning to arrange for delivery. She asked me what I wanted to do now. I asked my options. She said she could contact my daughter and ask if she wants a credit on future orders, or her money returned. I said «go ahead». I don’t want anything more to do with this business. I loved Edible Arrangements in the past, but this has soured me to anything more to do with them. There is really BIG PROBLEMS with this Sky Point location, and it should be closed down, or have someone come in and retrain their workers. Look at all the negative reviews, and run away! Lots of excuses and bad delivery should tell you something. Now I wonder what quality their fruit is.

It’s 6:30PM on Mother’s Day… my mom still doesn’t have her Edible Arrangement. Called 4x, no communication just that there was «an issue» — but now I’m getting the excuse that «we never said it would go out early.» No attempts from manager to help expedite/​discount services, etc.
It’s a shame because I love Edible Arrangements but definitely will never be ordering them from here again.

I’ve ordered from Edible Arrangements a few times before, but this was my first time ordering something from this location. I’ve always had a great experience, so I didn’t expect anything less. I thought I would order their new product the pineapple pops for my niece’s 11^th birthday, but please note that it does NOT come in a traditional arrangement that I was expecting. When the guy came to deliver the pops, my mom said it was literally thrown into a shopping bag and it was not presentable at all. For $ 80, I would hope that it would be neatly laid in a box or even in a cardboard stand (didn’t have to be a nice ceramic container). I was embarrassed to say the least and called the store to complain. It was already closing time, so the manager Cathy called me the next day wanting to know how she could «fix» the situation. I understand that they put together the order as they are instructed, but it was honestly disappointing. Nevertheless, Cathy was so great and she had a new arrangement sent to my niece’s school. The gesture was so sweet and my niece was so thrilled. She loved the surprise and even shared some with her teachers. That was the original reaction I was hoping for and Cathy saved the day! Cathy even called me just now to follow up and make sure everything went well. I would definitely order from there again (and next time call before I order to make sure I know exactly what I’m getting).

I give this place five huge stars. The staff are extra friendly and kind. I got very quick service and Yes it taste great! I love the chocolate covered strawberries. I walked in and they took my order and with in about 8 mins I had my order and was eating in the parking lot as my husband drove us away. We both love them and will return ASAP.

They have great customer service and I enjoyed speaking with them while they took my order. When I got my arrangement, it was gorgeous and delicious! I definitely recommend everyone to go get some! They always check their fruit, as they told me. I couldn’t believe the comments below, because this place is great!

WORST delivery to my home that I’ve every had to endure. Don’t deliver when they say they will be there and have lame excuses to back that up. No appologies. Seem to have no idea as to what is going on.
Chocolate covered fruit was perfect with Port.

If only the arrangements were, in fact, edible! The worst excuse for fruit you can have delivered to someone’s door, Hard, unripened, plastic substitutes for nature’s desert. Please don’t force this crap on anyone – send flowers, or candy, or anything else! Complete waste of money…
