This vacation club is bogus. The presentation sounds great, but none of it is true. You buy a membership that worthless. The members only exclusive discounts on Hotels, Cruises, All-​Inclusive resorts, Condos never materialize. Better deals are available from well know travel sites without membership fees. . Customer service is rude and aggressive. I have never been so disrespected. In NJ, 3 vacation clubs were shut down by the AG’s office and the owner is now serving time for fraud. The prices for vacation condos reflected on the web-​site do not display for which dates the price applies and if it is for the week you want, they never seem to be available. Good reviews on any sites are not detailed enough and are most likely from employees. There are many complaints about this company. They operate under many names, including but not limited to: Gateway Vacations (
), Destination premier (
), Preferred Wholesale Travel (
). They are an unnecessary concierge service preying on the unsuspected and deceiving consumers.
