Flat out horrible selection, so many other stores have better choices

Was looking for a pair of sneakers and found them. They were worn and returned. They had another box in my size but there was two different sizes in the box and they couldn’t find the other one. I asked the manager if I could get the worn pair at a discount and she just said to her employee «we don’t do that». Never acknowledged me. I could understand if it’s a policy but there is a better way to put it. Customer service should be priority. I told her to keep the sneakers and bought a better pair at her competitor store. I guess she didn’t need or want the sale for that day. I hope she didn’t make her quota that day. Serves her right for her bad service. Remember who your customer is.

I was happy to see the buy one get one ½ off signs. Upon walking in, I was pleasantly greeted by Ashley. The store is bright clean and organized. Found a pai if Jessica Simpson shoes at a great close out sale price and another pair on regular sale. Ashley was my checkout person and once again she was happy and pleasant… I will shop here again
