Too many other choices to spend your time and money here. The quality wasn’t there on food, the management was pretentious, and the servers made an effort but have not been properly trained.

My mom and I went to Fix @ Bellagio with high hopes prior to seeing«O». Sadly, the food and drinks are mediocre and insanely overpriced, and the menu descriptions are ridiculously inaccurate. Take your money and go over to The Cosmo restaurants where you at least get what you pay for. First, I ordered the red sangria which tasted like it had a foot marinating in it. I don’t know what red wine they used, but it was nasty. I sent it back and ordered a champagne cocktail which was just ok, and certainly not worth the $ 20 price tag. I’m not sure I’ve ever paid that much for a drink, even in the SF Bay Area where I live. Second, we ordered the fried mozzarella — I’m expecting something along the lines of fancy fried cheese sticks, but what came out was a big ball of mozzarella wrapped in phyllo dough sitting in tomato sauce. That was fine, but the strange thing was there was no bread/crostini/etc to put the cheese on. Do they expect people to shovel hunks of straight up melted mozzarella into their mouths? It was just weird. I asked for bread so we had something to put the cheese on, and they delivered dinner rolls. Again, weird, but I suppose it’s better than eating straight melted cheese by itself. Third, we ordered the adult Mac and cheese. Nowhere does the description on the menu say it’s fried, and out comes fried macaroni and cheese«sticks.» They were ok(and honestly reminded me of something off a kids menu, which is ironic given their name), but I wasn’t intending to order two fried dishes which was annoying. I’m also wondering who the heck wrote the menu and why they don’t just give accurate descriptions of the food they’re serving. Finally, we have the Kobe chili cheese fries. We get a stack of something that’s supposed to be fries and a little pot of chili. It was boring. We were sad. At this point we gave up and stopped ordering. I regret that I spent $ 112 after tip for a meal that was not any better than one I could have gotten at TGI Friday’s.

Overly pricey! We ordered an appetizer, 2 entrees and 1 dessert along with 2 cocktails. The bill came out to over $ 400. The service was great however the the food was mediocre. I got the chicken and my boyfriend got the pork and his was completely inedible. I would have complained to the server but we felt bad. We basically shared one dish. The best part about the whole dinner was the dessert which included 3 donuts and 2 glazes, they were tiny but pretty good.

The food was excellent which is the main reason you go somewhere. However, the service was sub par. It took 50 min to bring out our food. Our server gave us the wrong bill and took 15 min to fix. If the grade was given on how many water fill ups I had it would be excellent. However 3 stars.

From the amazing customer service to the phenomenal food, Fix is a MUST go! The sea bass risotto and the ribeye were cooked to perfection! We even came back the next day for dessert(homemade donuts)!! Overall, this place was second to none. Robert, along side Jordan and Brandon were nothing but spectacular and made our dining service one we will always remember. Thank you!!!

This was the first place we ate after we checked in Bellagio, got situated, unpacked and set up with all of our conference info. We made a reservation with concierge, not needed… we dressed in business casual as it stated… not needed… We arrived past our reservation time but was sat without any issues. The restaurant was not busy at all. I hate how it’s open and almost on top of everyone who passes by. Fix is right on the casino and next to the shopping area. The flow of traffic is too much to enjoy a sit down near the front. I suggest moving towards the back of the restaurant. Ambiance is perfect, bloody Mary’s are delish. The steak was really good also-as was all the food so no complaints here. Typical good, steak house pricing, and it’s ala cart. Service was impeccable, maybe too much. It actually became an annoyance after the 7th server, and the seventh question asking if we were done. Ummm no. That’s my only compliant. Being over attentive is as bad as being under attentive. Other than that-the food made up for it!

Schade!

Nice atmosphere but our service was lacking, almost hostile. When you go to an expensive restaurant, you pay for a good experience. When your server is somewhat rude and inattentive, it’s takes all the fun out of it. She took our order but not much else. One order was not cooked properly and we never saw her after that. I had a wedge salad which was good. My scallops were done perfect. Great baked potato. Few other positives, few negatives. Calamari was a chewy ball. Service was completely inadequate. Hard to revisit this one.

This is another café which looks hip and classy but offers mediocre food. Our waiter suggested the crab cake popovers and we picked the bite sized chicken wings. Popovers breading was heavy. The wings with blue cheese dip was lip smacking delicious and very unique. Entrée was pork shank with mushroom risotto! Perfectly cooked and fell off the bone. Risotto was just about ok. Cocktails at $ 20 is overrated! Why come back here when you have so many fabulous options on the strip!

I took my parents to fix last time they came into town. Fix always looks like a buzzing place and the ambience is great. When you walk into the flamingo valet at belugio, fix is one of the first restaurants that you see, right across from yellowtail. The service was great but my only gripe is the small portions and price. This place is grossly overpriced for what you get. Most glasses of wine are over 20 dollars and were ¾ pours. The food dishes were tiny and I had to eat two entrees to get full. I will say the food was tasty but literally our 3 lobster tacos(23 dollars for 2 in tacos) combined were smaller than one of my hands. I liked the boy baldwin burgers(comes in the form of small sliders), lobster tacos, adult mac and cheese was delicious, and the banana doughnuts were phenomenal. I was satisfied with the taste of all of the food, but the portions and price completely blew it for me. I will not be coming back to fix. There are much better options in the Belagio.

I stopped here for appetizers with my family mid afternoon. Was seated promptly and impressed with the modern décor and food choices. Fix offers elevated American cuisine and unique cocktails that pack a punch but suffers in value. It is overpriced for what it is but being in the Bellagio, that’s to be expected. The food and drink are worth a return visit but it will be hard to justify the $$$

I went here for the first time last weekend and the price was pretty typical for Vegas; however the food was really amazing. I had the sliders and they were honestly the best sliders I have ever had. Cooked to perfection, and very filling. I was initially concerned about spending $ 29 on sliders, but after receiving my plate of 3 along with fries, I was full and couldn’t eat anymore. Only negative I have and why it’s not a full 4 or 5 star is because we had reservations and still had to wait about 15 – 20 minutes before getting seated, and then once seated it took about 45– 1 hour to receive our food. People of about the same group sat about 15 minutes after our table and got served before us by about 10 minutes. This cause us to be late for our bottle service over at Marquee which didn’t start our night off right. Let’s hope that was a one off experience on service and not an every time occasion.

A girlfriend and I had dinner reservations at Fix. We get there and were seated almost immediately. Very precise on timing. Our waiter was very helpful if we had any questions and was attentive just enough where we didn’t feel hovered. Great, professional staff. Also, I believe it was the manager or owner that had walked out and checked on all the tables to make everyone was satisfied. I love it when a manager does that, just shows good customer service. Food deserved 10 stars! We’re two girls and we ordered(to split, not each): Spice tuna– on crispy rice(melts in your mouth) 8 oz. filet mignon And for the surf– Jumbo Shrimp Scampi Very adult Mac & Cheese I couldn’t be happier with the food. Everything was cooked to perfection with lots of flavor making you want more! Total came out to be $ 70 a person including 20% tip.(We didn’t have any drinks). I believe every penny was well over worth it. It was my second time there and I will be back. Classy ambiance, dress to impress(this is Bellagio after all)

I’m going to call this literally the best meal I’ve ever had, and we didn’t even do appetizers. It is that good. A friend and I split the special of the night, which was the 2 lb Porterhouse and a 2 lb Brown butter stuffing-Crab stuffed lobster for $ 160, Which for the decadent meal we so thoroughly enjoyed was well worth it. This place has an intimate vibe, and knockout dishes, All 7 of us left satisfied and extremely pleased with the experience. When I’m in Vegas next I’ll be back for sure.

Need to justify costs /not that great — Understanding that it is in one of the most expensive Vegas casinos still… Décor /Ambiance — very nice. The wood ceiling design is very cool. Service — very good Food — 28 oz filets($ 48 ea) cooked perfectly but have a heavy smoke flavor of mesquite. Not the flavor profile I look for in a $ 48 piece if meat. Let it speak for itself… it will with flavor, juiciness etc. It’s not a BBQ restaurant and mine don’t taste that smokey. This was VERY disappointing for us. We’ve been to Ruth’s Chris, Flemings, Morton’s, Maestros etc. Steak like this is not supposed to have a smoke flavor this heavy. Truffle pasta was great with prosciutto and peas but was $ 37. Very pricey for this dish. Even $ 27 would have been too much. Sides — smoked mashed potatoes were to whipped for my liking and were served in small taurine($ 12). Mac and cheese($ 15)bites were good. Basically like 4 fish sticks only better. They were good, but not great. Creamed corn with a touch of jalapeño was the best. It was very good but again in a small taurine. We wanted more for $ 12! No bread offered to the table either. Bummer. Drinks — pineapple mojito($ 20)!! Jack Daniels and 7UP($ 14) each Robert Hall Syrah was great for $ 52.00. Over all — nice place inside Bellagio but just a tad pricey with small portions. Bottom Line — I’m out and wont be returning to FIX. There are much better places that have better food with better prices including appetizers.

What I love about living in Vegas is how quickly your plans can change for the better! One moment my plans were binge watching Netflix at home eating left overs the next moment I’m going to the Bellagio and eating at Fix! Yes! My brother in law came into town at the last moment and wanted to meet up for dinner so we met at Fix. The restaurant is a bit loud so you can’t really chat without talking really loud. We started with appetizers I wanted to get something I’ve never had before so the waiter suggested Burrata. In Italian Burrata means butter I’m thinking for it’s rich texture. It’s made with fresh mozzarella mixed with cream. It’s baked in a flaky bread. There were also strips of what tasted like Jicama tossed in a balsamic vinegar on top. It went really well together! My husband and I shared their special $ 90.00 steak medium well. They say it’s good for two but I can see three people eating it. It also came with mashed potatoes which was wonderful because normally if you order a steak off the menu the sides are a la carte. The steak was tender, juicy and the presentation is impressive. This is a great place to eat while you people watch. I also liked the way the wait staff told the chef we needed to catch a show so he was able to cook our steak in a timely matter. It was much appreciated!

Yes, it’s terribly overpriced. Most glasses of wine are over $ 20, and not a generous pour. But we went with the appetizers/small plates to share, and every dish was delicious. We ordered one of each of about half the items to share with the six of us! Plus an extra order of the Tuna. Top favorites were the Spicy Tuna, Baked Burrata, Bobby Baldwin Burgers(sliders), Creamed Spinach, Lobster Tacos, and Grilled Asparagus. But not a single item was disappointing. I definitely recommend sharing starters and sides rather than going with the entrees, for great variety. Service was good.

As good as it can get. The atmosphere of the restaurant is hip and modern. The service is pretty good. Your table gets assigned a group of servers and they all coordinate to provide good service. However, their food was just amazing. Their speciality is steak. I ordered the kobe steak and it was delicious. The steak was perfectly cooked, juicy and full of flavor. This dish comes with mashed potatoes which were also pretty good. I wished there was more potato as the dish needed a larger side. For our appetizer we ordered some tuna which was fresh and delicious. Both items were very good but also small. This is definitely a great restaurant if you are craving a good quality steak.

I frequent this spot more regularly than other high end casino restaurants/bars. Fix is in a few words… extremely trendy. The bar mixes some great drinks and gives Fix the edge over the other steak houses. What stands out is probably their martini’s. My girlfriends favorite is the cucumber martini as it stands out from the other specialty drinks on their menu. Personally, I am a simple person and a Jack & Coke will do me just fine. Menu is similar in format to the other steak houses, otherwise. The steaks themselves is nothing to play pomps & circumstance to but is very appetizing. There is this loaded potato bread that is just insane and I hope it is still on the menu next time I go. If you are there to see O then this is a great place to grab dinner before the show and possibly grab drinks after the early show. Be careful though… it is within eye shot of Harry Winston! Haha… just keep holding your girlfriends hand and you walk by. It is after all economical.

I’d never imagine reviewing a Vegas restaurant because they’ve always felt like tourist traps, overcharging families in fanny packs and Crocs. The vibe was cool and I liked the open layout. Right when I walked in, I got a good whiff of what I get from Yardhouse’s mac & cheese². I was correct. The deep fried mac & cheese with truffle oil aioli was the target. Adult Mac & Cheese: So perfect. Creamy, cheesy and flavorful. The Wedge: Fresh and loaded. Pro Flat Bread: Cracker type bread(although delicious) with fresh arugula. Chicken Wings…: Oh. My. So good. I don’t usually like chicken wings. It takes too much effort — like eating an ear of corn. These chicken wings were awesome though. Stick it in your mouth, pull the bone out and done. You have easy bite-sized, deliciously flavored, tender meat. Maybe I like this place so much because I wasn’t paying the bill. But hey… it’s Vegas. I really didn’t think this meal was going to be as pleasing as it was. Recommended!
