Foothills Pediatrics

My son and daughter attended this facility since they were newborns. First off I did not like Dr. Conti (who I learned passed away a few years ago), he was very rude and condescending, so I switched to Dr. Weber.
One time my son had red bumps all over his back and buttocks and as a first time parent I was concerned that it may be chickenpox, but I’m not a doctor and had never dealt with them before, so I wasnt 100% sure. I called this office. The nurse on the other end was incredibly rude! I explained my situation and asked for her advice on what I should do since she was the on call nurse for this office. She yelled at me «If it’s chickenpox then it’s contagious dont bring him in!!» How am I supposed to know if it is or not!!! You’re the professional!!” Then I proceesed to speak with the receptionist to try and book an appointment. She told me that since it was back to school season they were booked for the next 4 months! Ridiculous that the office couldnt make an exception to see my son, who was clearly sick! How are you supposed to treat your sick child if you cant even get in to see his doctor?
I had to end up going to quick care, turns out it was a heat rash and ear infection.
I found out one month later that this office went out of business when I received a phone call from Bright Futures Pediatrics, Dr. Weber transferred to that facility and wanted us to know that she would continue to see my children, which I thought was amazing.
The only thing that I did like about this office was Dr. Weber. She is so nice and very caring and actually takes her time with my son and daughter and always answers any questions or concerns that I have.
I’m glad that foothills went out of business, it was always a pain to try and book an appointment with them.

Dr. Weber has been my pediatric physician for both my children for over 8 years.
My daughter who is now 14 and our son who is 1 ½. Between both kids Dr. Weber has been very guiding with parenting and health. The staff at Is wonderful we get in and out in a timely manner. I have even had follow up phone calls from dr. weber checking after a visit. I can not rave enough on having Dr. Weber and her staff taking care of my kids! You are in good hands.

Dr. Kathleen Weber is amazing. She really spends the time in each office visit to take care of the patient. When the kids are sick or just need a checkup, I really look forward to seeing Dr. Weber. There is no sense of being rushed; she takes the time to understand what’s going on. My only regret is that she doesn’t take adult patients!
That said, the front office is horrid. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. We have been trying to get a (non-​financial) clerical error fixed on our account for 8 months. They want a copy of the insurance card EVERY TIME I go, even if I was just there the previous day. There is no use of courtesy words, such as «good afternoon» or «thank you». There isn’t even a smile.
In spite of the horrible office, I think it’s worth it just to see Dr. Weber. Once you get past that train wreck of a front desk, you’re treated like royalty!
Dr. Weber gets 5 stars and the front office gets 0 stars (in fact, they owe ME some stars!!!)
