The worst experience I have every had with a reality company in my life. This was so confusing. I had no idea who my agent was. Talked to one agent on phone to make appointment when we get there another agent does the listing and then on the MLS listing is still another agents name. Then when we get an offer it was back to the original agent we talked to to make the appointment in the first place. But meanwhile we asked for an open house and then still another agent did that. after we get the offer the original agent was going to read me the amount on the phone and I wanted to see the whole offer, His comment was You want to see the offer? He sounded surprised! Very strange if you ask me. So we make appointment go to office and go over offer. we make a counter. The day we supposedly had the counter offer accepted, I get a call from an agent from another reality to see if my agent works on week ends. I tell her I do not know as I am not really sure which one of the guys age my agent. She had a different name that was on the MLS listing. So I give her the name and number of the agent that went over the offer with us. Now I here nothing the rest of that day or the next. I call her back to see if she reached anyone and she said she did she submitted her offer and it was declined. Now this is strange as I had not seen a second offer or declined one. We call the agent and he claims we had already had our counter accepted when she submitted her offer and that he was going to let us know on Monday. This I find also very strange as my realtors have always contacted me on weekends about offers being accepted and such. At any rate the other agent wanted a copy of page 11 where we supposedly declined the offer and now our agent sends it to us to sign. This right there is very fishy as I do not believe the times were correct. I think she made the offer first he chose to decline it and when she asked for a copy of page 11 he had to hurry up and have us sign it . At any rate this has been a very trying experience and I would never use this compay every again and would not recommend to my friends that is for sure.

Definetely some funny business going on with this company! They seem to find and list these Short Sales but I don’t believe their intent is to sell them to the general public. Just try to get ANYONE to call you back or respond to an «e» mail on any of these properties and you will see what I am saying. «First Prime Realty» is just another one of these Vegas scam places in full operation… OH! one more thing to note. . Kaila, the person who wrote the first review above is actually the owners(Lathe Lavada’s) girlfriend! Go figure!!! A word of advice: When making real estate transactions you are required to provide agents with your very personal information. Such information can include: your full name, address, Social Security Number, your bank account statements, place of employment, income verification, a personal check made out for deposit and anything else they may ask from you. Don’t let yourself get in trouble! PLEASE go only with a reputable firm that can be trusted.

He is an excellent agent! He went an extra mile to get my house sold. I got more money than what I had it listed for. I had a house up north by sant fe casino and I knew it was going to be hard to sell, so he made some suggestions about getting it repainted, kitchen redone, remove some unwanted furnitures, and he got it sold in few weeks! I’m very happy and I would use Mr. Lavada again.
