Francesca’s Collections

I’ve always loved this store! But, today I love it even more! Tonight, my cousin and I went in looking for dresses! And, one of the associates named Kim was seriously amazing at helping us! She even went to the back to find dresses she thought we would like! I would have to say it was the best customer service I’ve had!

I came to the fashion show mall this week and was pleasantly surprised to see a Francesca’s boutique. I think it was about time they had one of their stores in a mall. The theme of the store is like all the other boutiques in town but the size is very small. They seemed to have done a good job with packing in as much as they could into the store though.
This particular boutique is very inviting and well put together and looks like you would get the individual customer service you need because of the space. I’m definitely looking forward to coming here as much as possible and it’s refreshing to know that now they offer a central location.
I only saw one sales person when I came in and the guy seemed very busy helping his customers. I browsed around and found some good deals on their jewelry, such as buy 1 get 2^nd at 50% off which was nice.
I was greeted as I left, which is a good sign that customers are acknowledged whether they enter or exit the store. I’m definitely digging this new local and look forward to my shopping days here!
