Fullertons Floor Covering

Just wanted to update my review. Since I last posted the carpet has started to come loose in several more different areas. Mind you both my wife, and myself are senior citizens, and the only ones living, and using this house. I have no idea what to do now. How these people can’t stand behind their labor after such a short period of time amazes me. Being in my own business for almost thirty years, and a Vietnam era veteran, credibility means something sir. Shame on you Jerry.

Advertises on Angie’s list as a repair service. Phoned him today for a job he told me «if I don’t own it, I’m not fixing it». Turned me down flat wouldn’t help me with another contractor who would. Not good to piss off an architect, wouldn’t recommend this «expert»

We purchased a house that needed new flooring throughout, we went with Fullerton flooring. We met them at the home show, and new to henderson Nv. Did not know where to go for carpeting and flooring for our home. Talked with Jerry at show, and went to their store and met with his son Tony. We decided on the vinyl plank wood grain for half of our home, and carpeting for the bedrooms. Took about 2 – 3 weeks for the materials to arrive. Tony put in the planking and in moving appliiances he scratched the kitchen planks putting the refrigerator back and said he would repair it. There was also cut markes in the planking near my door that he did not mention. They installed the carpeting after and scratched the planking some more, told Tony, but he did not respond as far as that they will replace it. So in closing, I have brand new, very expensive vinyl planking with scratches and gouges in numerous spots, with putty all over my brand new painted moulding! This job was VERY EXPENSIVE, and I am not HAPPY! Very bad workmanship on the flooring!

Fullerton did a great job installing new carpet on my rental property. I found the company on the Internet looking for cheap carpet so I had no idea what I was walking into, but when I walked into their store I was pleasantly surprised! Jerry and his son Tony were super professional. They gave me the exact price that was advertised on their website, and they didn’t try to up sale me or rip me off. Tony measured my home the same day with exacting precision, so I would not be charged for carpet I didn’t need. The installers, Richard and his son came the next morning and did a wonderful job. I will use them again!

A contractor helping us with some move-​in repairs recommended we go talk to Jerry after we started looking at our options for inexpensive new carpet at the big box stores. Our new house was clad in faded emerald green carpet from one edge to the other, which complemented the pink laminate counters and brass fixtures from 1989 very nicely.
We told Jerry our fairly strict budget and showed him a couple samples from our wish list shopping, and he immediately found exactly what we wanted and made the pricing work for us. Our only potential downside was that it was a to-​order color and we had a pretty tight schedule before our move-​in date. We agreed that we could likely squeeze the install in before the date and placed the order.
The order actually shipped late from the mill (on the other side of the country, needing to travel through tornadoes, the flooding Mississippi, and who knows what else), and we almost panicked. Jerry assurred us he would get it installed the moment it arrived in town, and even had his installer clear his schedule for the expected arrival date. They went and picked it up from the loading dock the moment it arrived in town and were at our house with it an hour later.
The carpet looks fantastic, and we will definitely be coming back to see these guys when the time comes around for new tile in the rest of the house.
