Being regular customers for some time and participating in their 10^th haircut free card. We’ve always gone in Wednesday their discount night (5.00) off. We’ve signed up, given email and liked them on FB. No notice they changed their policy and you have to now go on full price days to get a stamp and we were ready to get our free cut. Pay for my son’s and then have my daughter’s free. They refused to honor what they have done in the past– even if saying after this our new policy will be in affect. Sorry but you don’t treat regular customers that way. At least some warning should be given and this day in age there is technology to do so.. Getting two kids and rearranging our schedules to make time for this with their activities isn’t easy and having the expected money for cut and tip on hand I couldn’t believe it. And I’m pretty sure I dealt with the owner. Sorry two haircuts for 12.00 isn’t cheaper than one and one free I was expecting. And coming back on another night isn’t easy. I rather take my business elsewhere. And I will pay a little more for consistent reliable service. Sadly this was closer to home so it’s too bad. I gave two stars as the girls do an ok job there and are nice but you do have to check the work– which is why it’s just not worth going back. Otherwise it would be one star. I would not recommend going there.

Went in today and got my babies first hair cut by Jacinda and it was amazing! She had patience and was very helpful. All the staff here is super friendly and professional, definitely will be back.

Disappointed and angry.
I use Unilocal reviews to help in deciding places to try out for services like hair cuts. Usually, having a high rating with multiple reviews is a good indication of quality. That said, I decided to set up an appointment for both of my daughters at this salon for a haircut.
When I called in to set the appointment, I specifically asked if there was a stylist with experience cutting curly hair. I was assured this was the case and that they often work with all hair types including curly, ethnic, etc.
My older daughter has thick curly hair which makes cutting it a daunting task — I get it. That does not mean that when I get her home and wet it down that it should be cut at a severe slope. There should not be pieces 2 inches longer than the rest of her hair hanging down (uncut pieces) and tragically, there really should not be spots cut 2 inches shorter than the rest of her hair.
I am going to have to take her to someone that can fix it and her hair is going to have to be incredibly short as a result. My daughter is devastated and my heart breaks for her.
On a bright note. My other daughter that had her hair cut (was done by a different stylist) looks fine. I noticed other kids (with straight hair) leaving with nice cuts while I was there.
As a business — it’s a bad idea to make a claim that you can’t keep. Be wary if you have a child with curly hair.

Just took my son for his first hair cut, & I was really impressed! Jestina was amazing! Really patient, and understanding. She worked around what my son wanted to do, played musical chairs because a 1 year olds attention span is not the greatest, and was really fast! The cut looks so good! Beyond what I expected to get with a moving kid! I recommend this place 100%!

Love this place! I have a kid with gobs of hair and we have to come every month. The ladies are patient with little ones who are scared and have always done a great job. Now I do not expect a perfect haircut when my kid is wailing and smacking at the hairdresser. Nor do I think anyone else should. That being said all the times we have gone the hairdresser worked on my son’s hair until she got it to be the best she could. He is getting older so it is much easier. The ladies who work here are angels!

This place was so clean and friendly. My son got exactly the haircut he requested, and Maira kept up a steady conversation about video games with him. We will definitely be back.

Definitely recommend this place! We took our son here for his first hair cut and he cried a bit but the stylist was fast to finish and she did it correctly. We went to another similar place for his second cut and it was horrible. I thought my son would be traumatized. Well we brought him in for his third cut back here and it went Amazing! We had the same stylist as the first time and she was so nice and listened to everything we wanted. She’s also fast which is super important especially when some kids get uncomfortable the last thing they want is to be there forever. Very clean place and fun for kids all ages!

Even though I live on the other side of town in Summerlin, I travel to the out skirts of Decatur to get my child’s hair cut. The staff are always so friendly and work with you on getting your child to look fabulous. They have cool cars for the little ones and honestly I think I have more fun pressing the buttons in it then my daughter. After 10 haircuts you get a free one which is always good. The only downside is the price. It is a bit more for simple cuts and most kids don’t have a whole lot of hair to cut but I guess its the service and environment you pay for. There’s tablets, a train set and they give the kids lollipops at the end.

Super Clean shop! Staff are super nice! My Kids love getting haircuts now. No crying at all! We recommend this place!

The entire staff was great! My son doesn’t do well with haircuts. He’s 21 months and this is the third but this is our first time here. I got a screaming toddler but our stylist was very patient and calm. A few of the staff even tried distracting him (which didn’t work but I’m happy for their effort). Definitely going back!

I went here with my 4 children who are all under the age of 8… and it was completely painless!!! Now when else can you ever say that?
They have 3 different iPad stations for the kids to play with while they are waiting for their haircut. There is also a little train depot play table for the toddlers. Each haircut station has their own TV screen and the child can pick what movie they want to watch while they are being trimmed.
My 18 month old son did well at first with being in the toy car. He was very distracted by the wheel. He lasted about 5 – 7 minutes before he got really mad about having his hair handled. Someone came over and started blowing bubbles to distract him while Jacinda cut his hair. She was very patient and understanding. Considering how squirmy and angry he was, the haircut was very well done. Far better than I could have done at home. Well worth the $ 17 price tag!
Everyone there was very kind and sweet to my kids, and they all got a lollipop at the end. These people are definitely in the right business! I will be going back for sure!

Love love LOVE them. I have two kids. A girl with hair that scissors didn’t go near for the first 4 years of her life, and a boy who has hair that grows faster than mine. We visit this place about every 5 – 6 weeks so my son can get lined up with his cute little fohawk, and my daughter just got her first real haircut at our last visit.
They have a train table and a wall lined with iPads for the kids to play on while you wait, and there never is really much of a wait even without an appointment. Two different car chairs for the young ones to sit in, with a good selection of Disney movies and TV shows to pick from. They also have video games that the older kids can play while getting their haircut.
Baby’s first haircut is super cute, I think it was like $ 20 and they give your kid a certificate that has their after-​haircut picture and a baggie with a lock of hair on it. Totally worth it when you’re fighting back the sentimental parental tears of the haircut milestone.
They also have an option for little mini-​makeovers for the princesses. They can get their hair styled, nails painted, and I think makeup too if you want. I will have to try that next time because my daughter loves being pampered like a grown up.
A regular haircut is $ 17, which is a worthy price to pay to avoid having a screaming child while someone is attempting to cut their hair. The atmosphere and kid’s shows definitely keep them entertained long enough.

Great environment for kids haircuts, amazing job on the haircut, and even better on patience with my Son. It was his first haircut and he cried like a mad man… and the awesome stylist didn’t even flinch. Def would recommend and will be going back!

This is the only place I’m taking my twins for their haircuts. The owner & staff are all very nice. What I like the most is the fact that the place is very clean. Owner contantly sanitizes & vaccuum’s the entire area after each use.

They were amazing. Great experience. Definitely my sons spot to get haircuts. He left with a smile.

What can I say about this place? Well it is pretty amazing. The staff are friendly. They right away greeted by child and I. The place gives you a nice feel and it smells clean. My son doesn’t like haircuts and they made him feel right at home. He even got a rockstar haircut! He loved it especially the lightening mc queen car! Thank you ladies you guys are amazing!!! Keep up the good work

Had THE MOST AWESOME experience with my son’s (6&1)…My oldest is growing his hair to donate so he was very nervous that getting a trim would take too much off, however the staff put him right at ease and totally pampered him. My youngest had his first haircut with Jacinda and he was having so much fun he didn’t even notice his hair was being cut. This place and staff are sooo worth every penny!

GREAT service! The $ 80 dollars I paid going and coming back to the hotel was worth it. i defenly recoment this place for moms who struggle with their kids to get a hair cut. best place. Thank you Mayra love his hair cut.
