Why they have 4 stars, I can’t figure out, unless some of the reviews were written by employees…
We bought a couch and recliner a year ago from Tony at this Furniture world. He also talked us into the «if anything goes wrong, it will be fixed warranty, for an additional $$$.» Within 8 – 9 months, you could feel the springs in the seats of the couch and I called to let Tony know. He said to call Guardian (the warranty company), which I did. I was told that this was NOT a cover cost and that the furniture company should know this and should not be selling it as such.
I was furious and called Furniture World. Tony said he would «work with me and send someone out to my house who took part of the couch and the recliner to «fix» the padding in the seats, but I still had to pay a $ 65.00 fee their gas. WTF.
They came back looking nice, but here it is a couple months later, and they are breaking down again. There merchandise is trash. Stay far away! Ooh, let me add, my husband and I are not big people and we don’t have small children that jump on the furniture!

Hands down best furniture store in Vegas! They have a good selection of furniture arrangements at very reasonable prices. But what makes this the best is their incredible staff. Rick was our salesman and he was a huge help. We weren’t really sure what we wanted, but he was patient and also threw out a lot of ideas to help us out. Many furniture stores in Vegas want you in and purchase as fast as possible, which pressures you to make a wrong decision. Rick took his time and made sure we left satisfied, which we did to an incredible extent. We will definitely be back for future purchases!

it’s taken me over a month to write this review because I was so pissed off after leaving this store. I must have had a target on my head when I walked into this place, the salesman (I think his name is Rick or asshole) who ever it was apparently made up his mind as soon as I walked in the store that he wasn’t going to let me leave until I spent triple my budget. Long story short F**K this place, unless you like to spend 3X the money it would take to get the same items at a different store. Which is exactly what I did.

We’ve been coming here to buy our furnitures. Tony is one of the best salesman you will ever encounter. He is very friendly, helpful, and will work to make sure you get what you ask for. Today, we also had Mark help us find our new couch. Thank you and we’ll be back when we need new furnitures. Oh, and thanks for the free glasses.

My boyfriend and I came in and we were just browsing for a new couch. I must admit that Angela and Mark’s friendly and personal approach completely won us over! We got a great sectional couch at an amazing price. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to this friendly establishment.

I just left this location and my family and I were very pleased with the great ustomer service! Jenna and Angela were very helpful and patient. They helped get my mom set up with an entertainment ctr to be delivered Tuesday! They explained the whole process and were courteous in offering snacks while we waited. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for great furniture (they have a great selection) and excellent customer service

After searching the world over for a small café table we decided to make yet another stop.
After pulling up and gazing inside from my car I had a feeling it would be another no go, but decided to give it another whole hearted try! We walk in gaze to the right gaze to the left see which direction we are headed, yet again to tall, wobbly and overly priced tables for what we needed. Yet another salesman approaches us but this one was nice! I was hopeful, since they did not have the size and style we were looking for he offered to look in the catalog, says me «what you have a catalog?» him «yes lets see what I can find.» Wow I was impressed, first time I was offered that, he really must have wanted that sale. So after waiting awhile he comes over and says «we have the height and kind of style you might like» Us «oh?» so we wander over to take a look, after looking and agreeing it is the height and style we might like we ask a price.
He quoted us a price that we could get a full dinning set at another high end furniture store in Las Vegas not a café table and 2 chairs as we were looking for. I was thinking of upping the rating a star for the nice guy we first met until he took us for fools and quoted us a ridiculous price for wobbly over priced furniture.
