I just sold my house with the help of a realtor by the name of Gail Selter. She is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. No I don’t have a ton of experience, but she really blows every other realtor I have worked with out of the water! Yep, that’s right, Gail Selter is awesome! Why you ask? Let me tell you why she is the realtor to have on your side!
1. Gail makes you her priority! I was interviewing realtors from a short list I got from an out of state friend with Las Vegas realtor contacts. I set up a couple of interviews to meet with realtors. The other realtors didn’t have time until the following week. Gail got me in the following day because she said it was important to get started right away. I really appreciated her promptness because I needed to sell the house quickly.
2. Gail does her homework! Gail showed up for our first meeting with all sorts of information on my house, my community, and for my zip code. She knew everything about every house in the local area. She blew me away with all of the info she had collected and present to me. At the end of our meeting, I knew she was the right realtor for me. She already had a contract printed up, so I was able to get the ball rolling right then. I had no issue canceling the other interviews because I knew no one would be able to beat Gail at this point.
3. Gail is with you every step of the way! This was the first house that I sold as an adult and on my own. I really didn’t have a clue as to what I needed to do or what was involved in the process. Gail helped me every step of the way. She explained every piece of paper I signed so I understood and did not feel stupid in the process. She explained every thing I had to do on my own to get the process going and ho make sure it went quickly. She even meet me at the escrow signing to walk me through the process. She held my hand through the whole thing and made sure I was happy and comfortable with each decision that was to made.
4. Gail is never too busy for you. You can call, email, or text Gail, and she always gets back to you pretty quickly. I was actually surprised how quickly my inquiries would be answered. Yay for great customer service!
So, how did the house sell go? Well, I signed my contract on Friday afternoon, the house was listed on Saturday morning, and we had 4 good offers on Monday morning. All in the same week! So if you need a realtor, I would whole-​heartedly recommend Gail Selter!
