I don’t like to write negative reviews but this place really irritated me. I took my 13 yr. old son here, he has been here before too. I asked them to cut it short, then I told her to make him look like soccer player Cristiano Ronoldo.lol. Anyway, she obviously doesn’t have a clue who he is because my son came out looking like he was going into military bootcamp. I expressed my dissatisfaction half way through the cut, and got no response. She had to know how unhappy I was, but no apology, no offer of a discount for this cut or a future one. Doesn’t matter because we WILL NOT be back, I know some of his fellow teammates go here and I will let them know my experience… or rather they will see it.

Beware! I came in the store to get a gift card for my brother and law fire Xmas. The store manager rang me up. It turns out he tipped himself the whole sales transaction amount and never put the cash value on the gift card. It even says on the receipt, loud and clear, «TIP FOR ELIE.» I wish I had read the receipt before I left that day, but I usually don’t get stolen from by businesses so blatantly.
HAIRCUT TIME: Upon arrival at the store and determining there was a ZERO balance gift card, another employee stated, «we’ve gotten several gift cards like this recently. I don’t know why.» It is now a fight to get any type of refund. The store owner is not being as helpful as he should with the refund.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE! SHADY PRACTICES!

I’ve always been pleased with the haircuts here and the service has always been nice. However, I’ve noticed that they don’t have nearly enough employees. Hire more.
The last time I came to Great Clips, a lady named Rochelle did my hair and after some complications she threatened my family and was thankfully fired but nothing will ever suffice for that.
That’s the only bad things I’ve ever experienced that this Great Clips.
Still has very good service and very skilled stylists.

My opinion is that you shouldn’t go here. There was a racist bald dude that almost mad me bald. After I pay, and went out. As soon as I step 2 yard away I came back. Then I said is there a way to fix it. He reply what do you want me to fix in a scared voice. If you see this bald guy in great clip don’t request him if I were you.

We went during the $ 4.99 haircuts opening special, because Emily was unavailable and this location was closer to where we were.
The haircut seemed rushed, even though the waiting room seemed pretty empty. At the end, I couldn’t tell the top part of his hair was even cut, it was way too long so we’ll definitely go see Emily in a couple weeks to get it done right.
TIPS:
Don’t watch the guests in the chairs getting their haircut– it’ll raise your level of anxiety.
Make sure you inspect your hair closely before you leave, they tend to give choppy cuts that I fix later on.
