GTS Properties in my opinion is one of the best property management companies in the Las Vegas Valley. I’ve been a landlord for sometime now and I’ve went through different companies only to have them come up short. I’ve been with GTS Properties for years and they always been there when I need them. My tenants are never late with payments, when there is a problem with the home (whether a HOA violation or appliance going out) GTS Properties immediately sends out qualified and reliable repairman. Problems get fixed fast.
I recommend GTS Properties for many reasons. They go above and beyond to make sure that the landlord and tenant are informed about all issues. They are always a phone call away and also respond to emails, unlike other companies. They ensure that tenants comply with all rules and most importantly that tenants pay on time. What more can you ask for?
Shirley and the GTS Staff are very professional and courteous. If you are looking for a property management company that gets the job done and provides results, then look no further. They will take care of you and the tenants.

i wouldn’t recommend this company for any of your needs. the owner is rude and prejudice. i wish that i could give them a negative zero rating! the only reason i gave 1 star is because Unilocal makes you!

GTS Properties, especially Shirley, is great. I am a property owner and has been with Shirley for almost ten years. As an absentee owner and out of state, Shirley treated my house as it was her own house. Anything that needed to be fixed or maintained, she responded immediately and I don’t even hear about it until the problem has been solved. She make sure the rent is paid the house is properly maintained by the tenant. I don’t have any bad things to say about Shirley. I have recommended several of my friends to Shirley and she has treated them well. If you need a property manager, GTS and Shirley is the one you need to call.

I have had times that I have been very angry because 1. I was late with my rent and she charged me late fees then 2 ac went out and ac people did not do right so of course I got angry with Gts. But now looking back I was late and they charged me according to my lease I signed and ac people were paid to do the job by warranty company so they were unable to get new company and part was ordered. Gts was very friendly and tryed to make things better by getting us a credit for our rent from the warranty company and they did!

I honestly don’t know why this company is getting such bad reviews. I am a tenant of Shirley’s and as long as you pay your rent by the 1^st you have no issues. I have seen the way she is with other tenant’s who do not pay on time and yes, she is stern on her late fee’s but that is to protect the owners. I also had a maintenance issue where my whole upstairs flooded and the maintenance was handled quickly. I have been with her for 5 years and compared to other managers I have had, she has been the best.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star!!! They don’t deserve it. I don’t even know where to even start with this company.. Yea I agree with everybody comment about Mrs Shirley she it terrible. The really need to consider reading all these reviews about them its terrible not one person has something nice to say. Please if your looking for a property manger stay away from GTS. First when me and my boyfriend rented out apartment from them, they showed us the place on a Saturday which is kool, but when rent is due on the first and it falls on a Saturday they are not there to take the money, and when you return to pay rent on Monday morning to make sure they receive it they charge you a late fee. This happen to me more than once. Another thing they have a male doing a female job and a female doing a male job, I never walked into a company that has a male at the first desk answering phone typing stuff up and not to mention he is so slow on the computer, and the female doing the maintenance for the property. just backwards. And not to mention half of the times they don’t even answer the phone.
when putting a maintenance order in with them the maintenance man calls you right away which is great until 2 weeks later you can letter in the mail saying you owe them money for coming out. umm this is an apartment why should i pay for maintenance for the ac/​and heater!!!
Shirley is just plain rude AND demanding !!! she takes to you like you are under her and that she is the boss and that she knows everything
and too top everything off me and my boyfriend didn’t have a covered parking and or a mail box key or a gate clicker for months while we were staying there kept calling them to ask them about it and they got tired of us calling and told us to call HOA. wait isn’t that your job to give us that before we move in its in the lease?
HOA was only good the the parking number we end up getting a locksmith to change it which cost $ 100, later called and told them what we did and they asked us why we did that? ummm because you lazy a** people never gave us a key and its been 4 months going on 5 months. we decided to take the $ 100 be paid to get a new box out of the next month rent and with a receipt to let them know what for. couple days later we got a 5 day notice on rent saying it wasn’t met… smh
i could go on and on about GTS… with all this being said WE WILL NOT RENEWING THE LEASE WITH THEM AFTER THIS

Zero stars… I chose one because that’s the lowest rating!!! The other two reviews are accurate!!! Too bad I did not look up this property management company. Funny reading other reviews because she mentioned car trouble to me also. No follow up, lied about the carpets being cleaned, a/​c maintanence, etc. She is rude, demeaning, and if it does not go her way… she throws a fit… like a child… and threatens you. If you find yourself with this company… and you are facing this treatment, notify in writing the Nevada Real Estate Division. Make a stand! Remember renters… you cannot be forced to sign any other documents outside your existing contract!!! And don’t ever sign anything if you feel pressured…
I wonder how many tenants she has chased out??? Definitely lost us. Can’t do any worst. She is as bad as they get. BEWARE!!!

Welcome to Vegas to me! I love the house, but I know my time here with this company will be short lived! (So many things wrong with this woman and her demanding, cruel, harassing, attitude, it would take to much time out of my life to describe it.)

Stay away from these people like the plague! The property manager is a control freak, very nasty, takes months to get a repair done to your rental property, and if it is not covered by the owners home warranty, it will not be done. Thier emergency phone number is never answered, and thier contractors are a nightmare. Dont rent from these people.
