Unbelievably good customer service. I mistakenly bought tickets for the wrong date. There was only one working day before the correct date. I contacted customer service. Richard Reed answered the phone right away. He owns the company. He pointed out that its up to the venue to change the date. He can’t control that. Regardless he would try to see what he could do. Understandably, he has clout. He e-mailed me early the next day informing me the date had been changed.
is a remarkably upstanding organization.

I recently traveled to Las Vegas and while I was there, called HalfPriceShows looking to see if they had any tickets for shows while I was in town. I spoke with a very nice gentleman on the phone, who gave me a list of tickets that he had available. All of the seats were in great sections and the best part is that they did not cost an arm and a leg.
Needless to say, I have told everyone I know about them and will definitely be calling HalfPriceShows when I am in Vegas next! It truly is the best deal in town!

I just bought tickets for Raiding the rock vault and the show was amazing, I am glad I found this place…
Oh I also got Half off my tickets so i could go see another show for the same price of 2 tickets
Loved the ease of use in buying also fast simple and to the point also my ticket was emailed to me so i did not wait in any lines in the hot sun
