When I moved to Las Vegas, there was a palm tree in my back yard that was about 6 ft. tall. I was able to prune it until it reached about 15 ft. tall, but my wife said that she would leave me if I attempted to prune the tree after that. About 3 years ago, a friend of mine was able to reach the fronds with a saw at the end of a long pole. But, he has since left Las Vegas, and today, this tree is nearly 30 ft. tall. I read that climbing the tree with spikes can damage the tree, and the dog-run, to access the tree, is barely big enough to walk through, so using one of those basket lifts was out of the question. So, I called this place, sent them a picture of the tree, and told them that they could only use a ladder to prune it. They agreed, they emailed the price to me, and the price was very good compared to the other companies that I had researched. I had two workers here for about 2 hours, they used the biggest ladder that I have ever seen, and when they were done, they carted all of the palm fronds away(discussed in the price), AND they totally cleaned the dog-run of all of the weeds and garbage that had accumulated over the last 5 or 6 years(not discussed, and for which they did without charging me.) This company uses the lost art of business forethought, and is very smart for possible repeat customers. I like that… And in my case, it worked.
