If you want to learn some new back-handed remarks, come here. You can even look at some mid-range Swiss watches if you’re really persistent. If you see one you like before being pushed out of the shop, you can go back to your room and order it on Amazon.

Owned by some of the nicest people I’ve ever known. Great product, service, and fair pricing. also check out their sister store Bellusso in the palazzo for that next blow your mind timepiece!!!

Some of the nicest high end watches can be found at this shop. I love high end watches and go into any shop that sells them. This place had a really good selection. My issue with them is that all the sales staff are snobbish and wouldn’t give you the time of day, pretty ironic for a watch shop.

Like Cartier, Tourneau, Tiffany, and others I think it is best to treat Horologio like a gallery — 99.5% of the time you’re simply going in to look at the pretty things you cannot afford. That being said, every single time I’ve been in this store, whether suited in Armani or yesterday when I walked in with jeans and a T-shirt I have been treated with the utmost respect by the staff. While I hear a lot of people complain about customer service in Las Vegas I consistently find that these ‘complaints’ are related to tourists that would never be exposed to stores like this otherwise who wander in and are stunned that Franck Muller or Vacheron Constantin even exist, instantly assuming snobbery to be the case. Let’s face facts; there are rich people and there are poor people and there are those of us somewhere in between — Horologio as a shopping option is for the rich and the true ‘enthusiasts’ of the middle class. Go in with appropriate expectations and these folks will take care of you, even if that means just letting you try on that $ 46,000 Rolex.

This was a highlight of my trip. I’m a young professional and was in Vegas for business. I’m not successful enough to afford a watch, but I have been looking through jewelry stores for a good high-end selection. While looking for a place to eat in the Venetian, I noticed Horologio, a name I instantly recognized as associated with watches. I walked in and began studying their wares. A friendly gentleman with short white hair asked me if there was anything I would like to look at. I assured him that I didn’t have the money, and I’d only be wasting his time. Nonsense. He asked what I was looking for and spent the next 20 – 30 minutes trying out watches with me, delicately placing them on and off of my wrist. I’m sitting here in a backwards hat and camo pants after a long day and he treated me so dignified and respectfully that I had a hard time not thinking about it for the rest of the evening. A class act. I checked out some other dealers, and saw him again in Cartier. He shook my hand and introduced me to the worker he was talking to. Unfortunately I don’t remember this man’s name, but he is someone I will remember for a long time.

This place has a great selection of high-end watches, but the sales people are snobby and have attitudes. We came here while on our vacation to Vegas. It was about mid-morning and the store was empty. The place had no music and no one talking. Very uncomfortable. Usually when I walk into a watch/jewerly store I am greeted cordially and offered to view anything that I like. I was not greeted at all, and they weren’t even busy. I spent my hard-earned money elsewhere. We went down and I bought a watch at another store in the Canal Shoppes.

I would not recommend Horologio. The salepeople are not very knowledgeable. Their level of service leaves much to be desired. Like many others, I do not find them to be trustworthy They told me that Omega does not allow its authorized dealers to provide any discounts, which is clearly not true. Most authorized Omega dealers will provide at least a 20% discount. I would stay away from Horologio and shop elsewhere.
